Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9 inch to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paints etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying water proof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted)/Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth and sanding the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surfaces free from dus etc by skilled labour as per the following steps complete all as specified and directed: (a) Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding water as per the manufacturer's instructions and mix it with putty mixer of mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b) Step 2: Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having glow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI (c) Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of susequent coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by using fully automatic Airless spray tenchnology machine with max pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

M & L for applying Two coats of of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 1.79 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm for two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation & cleaning of old polished wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one or more coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying two coat of smooth interior acrylic Plastic emulsion paint with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 Grms per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @ 1.5 ltr (undiluted for two coats)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio as per manufacturer's instructions by using Airless spray technology machine with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying paint in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/de-silting of lose mud, rubish etc from covered drain bed after removing and re-placing in its existing poistion of covers including uprooting of vegetation growth thoroughly and wire brushing including flushing with water so as to achieve smoth flow of water in drain of bed width upto 60 cm (soil mud upto 10cm depth) and removing rubish outside MD land and depositing in low laying area complete directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). (Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 10 mm thick, screed bed as in roof in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapet wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto a distance outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick (Table rubbed and polished), machine cut, colour Mexican Red/Ruby Red/Z black/Paerl black etc design/pattern as directed including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours/shades as in floors, trades of steps, cill cooking platform etc bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire length/height of steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform etc and joints sahll match with the flooring complete)

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick (Table rubbed and polished), machine cut, colour Mexican Red/Ruby Red/Z black/Paerl black etc design/pattern as directed including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours/shades as in skirting/dado vertical surfaces etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.
