Supply and fixing 6 mm (1/4") china white glazed in flooring or skirting dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceremic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more size (thickness to specified by approved make & colours ) of first quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in colors & shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand ) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments.

25 mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 aggregate 20 mm nominal size )laid in one layer finished with a floatin coat of neat cement.

supply and fabrication of MS work in grill ,gate ,railing door frame including cutting drilling and welding hinges where necessary and fixing in position including labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work with one coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fixing mosquito proof jali with sheesham wood batten around the jali including the cost of jali ,batton ,nails, screws etc. required for proper completion of work.

Distempering two coats of oil bound distemper of approved make of Burger ,Jhonson& Nicholcsen , shalimar ,Asian , Nerolac over one priming coat of cement primer on new surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortor dropping and foreign matter including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with two coat of water proofing cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains loose powdered material including curing and cost of all materials.

Painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint of superior quality of approved mark on new wooden surface.
