Maintenance and upkeeping of street lighting / flood lights on poles /flood lights or lights on buildings above 5 meter height. Job involves moving of platform ladder to the site, replacement of lamps/ complete fitting/ all type of lamps/ installation of new fittings/ maintenance /installation of new JBs at poles/ circuit fault rectification/ cleaning of glass reflector/ handling, laying & glanding of cables, termination in junction boxes where ever required as per detailed technical specification.

Maintenance and upkeeping of street lights on poles up to upto 5 meter height, near to blocks area, gardens, grounds and connected roads as per technical specifications. Job involves replacement of lamps/ complete fitting/ installation of new fittings/ circuit fault rectification/ cleaning of glass reflector/ diffuser/ handling, laying & glanding of cables, termination in junction boxes where ever required as per detailed technical specification.

Taking monthly reading of energy meters in all type of quarters, public buildings ( approx. 300-400), checking of meter sealing, and data entry in register and computer and overall coordination among all contract persons for day to day activities.

Attending and rectifying all type of electrical complaints of residential quarters and public buildings, installation/ replacement of lamps/ tube lights, replacement of various sizes of wooden/ modular boards, switches and electrical accessories, repair of Geysers/ ceiling fans/ exhaust fans etc in all type of quarters / buildings..

Attending and rectifying all type of electrical complaints ofSTP & WTP colony (Motor not starting / lights/ motor power cable connections /disconnection/ earthing connection etc.

Laying of up to 6 sqmm wire for domestic wiring in conduit / casing capping as per requirement.

Preventive maintenance of 415 V panels, Distribution Boards, feeder pillars, Auxiliary distribution boxes etc.

Checking of Ceiling Fan MountingChecking the fan support system by i.e. the hook, down rod and hanger ball assembly with their cotter pins and replacement of the any faulty or damaged part. Replacement of the bearing if required.

Attending of no light (power) complaints in residential quarter/ Providing the temporary supply at different function area at HWPK colony and disconnection after function/ operation of DG set up including topping up HSD oil etc. It is totally as and when requirement basis

Cutting of vegetation growth surrounding the street light area & post top lights and upkeeping the 11kV Overhead Line for any emergency use. It includes disposal of all debris (cutting branches) to the designated area (with in 3KM ). disposal of all debris shall be carried out within 3 days. if contractor fails to disposed the debris within prescribed time then panelty will be Rs 500/- per day

Laying of PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade up to 95 sqmm size direct in ground including excavation of required width and refilling the trench etc .

supply & Laying of the 20mm dia GI conduit direct in ground job includes excavation of required width & depth (Min 500mm) and refilling the trench etc at block building area for the supply of garage attached to the block. Laying of the 2 Nos (Red & Black) 1.5 sq mm Cu wire is under the scope of vendor. Restoration of the permanent structure (cement & Painting work) like pathway & walls is under the scope of the vendor which are damaged during carried out this work.

The maintenance of street light poles above 5 Meters Poles. Job involves dressing of power cables by burying them in the ground near the foundation which are hanging at the distribution box, repair of pole foundation, and painting the poles and cable conduits near the pole. The painting process after manually and/or mechanical cleaning of entire surface and removing oil, grease, rust, loose mill scale or existing primer as per specification and as directed by the engineer. Applying the coat of red oxide primer each of 40 to 45 micron per coat dry film thickness of approved make and after word 2 coat of Al Paint up to 7 Meters height (Street light pole). (Supply of the paint, brush & other require tools is under the scope of vender).Once the painting is completed, the name of the Steet light Pole will be written on black background with white paint. Each letter measuring 2 inches in size as per the instruction of EIC.

The maintenance of up to 5 Meters height Lamp post. Job involves fabrication of the cup type arm head installed at the head of the Poles & painting of the poles. Fabrication of the cup type arm head length should be min 400MM sheet thickness 1.6mm and existing arms to be welded whith this cup. for fixing of the cup 2 bolt should be installed at the opposite side. The painting process after manually and/or mechanical cleaning of entire surface and removing oil, grease, rust, loose mill scale or existing primer as per specification and as directed by the engineer. Applying the coat of red oxide primer each of 40 to 45 micron per coat dry film thickness of approved make and after word 2 coat of Al Paint (Street light pole). (Supply of the paint, brush & other require tools is under the scope of vender).Once the painting is completed, the name of the Street light Pole will be written black background with white paint, with each letter measuring 2 inches in size as per the instruction of EIC.

The painting of the outer surface of the distribution board/JB/feeder piller. Job involves thorough cleaning, either manually or mechanically, to remove oil, grease, rust, loose mill scale, or existing primer, as per the specifications and instructions from the engineer. After cleaning, a coat of red oxide primer (40 to 45 microns per coat, dry film thickness) of an approved make is applied. Following this, two coats of Gray paint shall be applied. The supply of paint, brushes, and other necessary tools is the responsibility of the vendor. Once the painting is completed, the name of the distribution board or feeder pillar will be written with black paint, with each letter measuring 2 inches in size.
