Taking down Steel door of size 3.00x3.50m and of weight 1500 kg per door including building hardware of any type with the help of hydraulic crane and making good old surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F for rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded FE 410-W Gde E-25 quality-B complete all as specified.

Cutting holes of dia 20 to 30mm, depth of embedded portion exc 300mm into RCC walls using core cutting machine or any other mechanical means as required in a safe manner including making good damaged portion using epoxy mortar complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel anchor bolts of dia exc 20mm and n.exc 25mm purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long including grouting the anchor bolts with HIT-RE 500 V4 EPOXY ANCHOR (Hilti) or equivalent complete all as specified. Note :- Weight of MS bolt shall only be measured for payment and cost of epoxy mortar is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete FE 410-W Gde E-25 quality-B complete all as specified.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for Drilling of holes exc 12mm and n.exc 25mm dia in MS Plate of thickness /depth exc 3mm but n.exc 12mm complete all as specified.

S&F purpose made MS hing block of size 250x125x65 mm (each block) thick, riveted with 3 Nos 20 mm dia over 75mm Squar bar fixed with 2 Nos ball bearing (inner dia 35mm and outer dia 65mm) and all as shown in CEJZ Drg No GDR/AF/IGLOO/STR/FDN/102 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and painting two coats of fire resistant paint over one coat of red oxide primer exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation over area exc 1.50m and n.exc 3.00m deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified.

S&F Stainless steel turbo air ventilator of minimum weight 5.10 Kg, dia 675mm, height 340mm complete all as specified.

S&F stainless steel pipe 450 mm dia 1.59mm including neccesary fixing arrangements complete all as specified.

S&F 10 mm thick stainless steel plate including neccesary fixing arragement complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using stone agreegate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified.
