M & L for dismantling and refixing ceiling fans 1200/1400mm after cleaning/washing of blade, lubricating of fan bearing with grease , including taking out old down rod from fan and refixing in same position complete all as specified and directed . Note: New fan rod shall be mesured and paid seperately .

Supply and fix anti sucide fan rod (12") with brass clamp including rubber nuts bolt cotter pin white, MS pipe zinc plated, 19 mm OD, 1.8 + /- 0.05 mm spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated , MSME tested for, performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgs + and spring 'hidden in the pipe' will expand to about 1 mtr or more, complete all as speified and directed. Note :- rate of clamp included in item rate Make :- Gold life or any other equivalent as approved by GE

Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for point wiring using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in existing concealed PVC conduit (medium grade) of 20mm dia/as exist on site all as specified and directed with using new sunken type Pre - coated 120 GSM (Gram Per m²) GI sheet pressed steel box including modular cover plate for mounting modular switch socket etch incl all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable (In green colour) as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of sunction boxes and cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc for concealing the depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the portion of point wiring at for covering / fix sunken boards/terminal boxes/junction boxes of any shape and size . (ii) Fittings like switches sockets regulators, lamp holders light fittings shall be measured and paid for seperatly of cencern item of Sch’A’. (iii)The contractor shall be responsible for doing point wiring as per the instruction of concerned JE(E/M) and AGE(E/M). Being maintenance work Contractor shall carry out single point wiring or associated work as per the direction of concerned JE(E/M). Delay in any work more than of 3 days after allocation will invite recovery at the double rate of quoted rate. Contractor shall depute a team of electrician and helper on daily basis at Darjipura Main receiving station to carry out maintenance within stipulated time.without fail

(ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .
