Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil as directed, with all leads and lifts. (in ordinary Rock/DFR/SFR)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

MS Iron work such as in rcc and structural steel work shape as necessary including supply of steel, bending cutting and its wastage.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing. All the work up to plinth level (1cement:1.5coarse sand:3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size M20)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering (1cement:3coarse sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in the floor, required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand andmanufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior and Interior paint of required shade : ( New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing of rolling shutter of best quality sheet M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation all work completed including labour material and T&P

Steel work in built up, MS tubular structure (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.), MS Angle trusses,MS sheet etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete for door, structure and ventilators etc as per direction of engineer in charge.

wiring point for light with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed / copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe concreted in wall with 8 SWG GI earth continuity wire complete & piano type switch mounted on bakelite sheet & M.S. Box shank in all including supply of materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Making shade on top and both sides as Patnala on store roof with the help of plane GI Sheet for proper draining of rain water including all material labour T&P etc.

Wire mesh fencing with four row of barbed wire (size 3 mtr height) including providing and fixing of material , labour and T&P for proper completion of work as per instruction of Engineer- In- Charge.

Applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel green paint on M.S. angle support structure of security fencing including all cost of material, labour and T&P.

Applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel green paint on M.S. Flat support structure of security fencing including all cost of material, labour and T&P.

Applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel gray paint on M.S. sheet support structure of door and shutter including all cost of material, labour and T&P.

Random rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement:6 coarse sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plingth level with: cement mortor 1:6(1 cement :6 corse sand) cost of all other material i.e cement, sand, stone etc. labour and T&P, leveling etc.
