SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

PCC M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone, 20-25 mm thick, as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to step/pillar aid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & exc 1.5m but n.exc 3m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 250m and not exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Jacketing Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete by removing concrete upto cover (approx 50mm), cleaning old concrete removing rust from the existing reinforcement, providing reinforcement and propping to other member as per direction and providing in situ, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Jacketing Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas by removing concrete upto cover (approx 20mm), cleaning old concrete removing rust from the existing reinforcement, providing reinforcement and propping to other member as per direction and providing in situ, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Jacketing Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, lintel, over 1.50m span by removing concrete upto cover (approx 25mm), cleaning old concrete removing rust from the existing reinforcement, providing reinforcement and propping to other member as per direction and providing in situ, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Jacketing Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts by removing concrete upto cover (approx 25mm), cleaning old concrete removing rust from the existing reinforcement, providing reinforcement and propping to other member as per direction and providing in situ, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified.

TMT bars 5 to 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified. Note:- Formwork shall be done for Jaketing of existing RCC Columns/Beams/Footing etc. (Refer Item No. 11 above)

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for roughly finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete, all as specified. Note:- Formwork shall be done for Jaketing of existing RCC Columns/Beams/Footing etc. (Refer Item No. 14 above)

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. For roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified. Note:- Formwork shall be done for Jaketing of existing RCC Columns/Beams/Footing etc. (Refer Item No. 13 above)

Cleaning the rusted reinforcement and exposed surface by wire brush mechanical device or any other established method and applying rust removing solution of approved make and quality with cotton waste swab to reinforcement and allowing to dry the same for 24 hours, brushing of loose particle and applying 1st coat of rust preventive coating of polymer and cement slurry 1:1.5 proportion with soft brush without adding water including applying another coat of rust preventing after 4 hours allowing air curing for 48 hours etc including scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Drilling and inserting 16mm rebars with hilti n system and chemical complete etc. as per direction of Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Steel to be paid separately.

Drilling and inserting 12mm rebars with hilti n system and chemical complete etc. as per direction of Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Steel to be paid separately.

Drilling and inserting 10mm rebars with hilti n system and chemical complete etc. as per direction of Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Steel to be paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs ect complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick/stone wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC @ 2% weight of cement, complete all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of newly plaster surfaces and applying material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, including preparation of old surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling, complete, all as specified.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description and otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sunken slab treatment comprising of following:- (a) Taking out/down old existing sunken slab treatment including tiling, PCC and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish out of campus complete all as specified. (b) M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) M&L for applying bitumen priming coat/tack coat over PCC @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (d) M&L for 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bound. No extra payment will be made for vertical surfaces. (e) M&L for applying bitumen grade 85/25 over primer coat @ 1.20 Kg/sqm. (f) M&L for 25mm thick plastering (in two layers 15mm 1st layer, 10mm second layer) in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer instructions over 225mm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of padding concrete on roof any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete, all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of water proofing treatment, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC and membrane treatment shall be measured and paid separately)

Water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint/primer @ 0.10 Kg/sqm over RCC roof slab/projection/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc. as manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed ceramic coloured/digital tiles of size 350x250/450x300/450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Bib taps, fancy type 15mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, chromium plated screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in repair, all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site, all as specified.

Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Inspection of ceiling fan in presence of Engr-in-charge/JE (or rep of department) after dismentling spares parts. Transporting ceiling fan back from work shop to site including hanging/ fixing and connecting up and testing etc complete all as required at site and directed by Engr - in - Charge.
