Providing Repairs and Internal Paintings to LOPAMUDRA Block (Block-2) at Women's Hostel Premises - 1 in SVU Campus, Tirupati

Removal of Teak wood joinery / Steel / PVC Door, window , ventilator etc., carefully stacking the materials usefull for reuse and clearing away all the debris to the low level areas around the building / site with initial lead and lift etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution.

Removal of plastering from the existing Ceiling / Wall surfaces carefully and clearing away all the debris to low level areas around the building / Site etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed during execution.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) mix using 20 mm BSS gauge hard machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and , sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:4) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 20mm thick with Water Proofing in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, Integral Cement Waterproofing Admixture for Concrete Slabs and mortar plastering works. ( Dosage : 100ml Per bag of 50 Kgs Cement) Complies with I.S. 2645-2003, water, etc., to site, operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for uneven faces of walls for external surfaces of brick walls at Levell-3.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S. Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S.flates, square rods, anglesheets, etc of approved design including necessary holes cuttings, bending , fabrication welding grinding and finishing smooth , incuding cost of making holes in to RCC masonry works and making good the same whereever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc complete.

Providing weld mesh enclosures made out of M.S'L'angles of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for outer frame, M.S.'T section of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for central vertical mullion and fixing the 6 G x 10 G weld mesh with openings of size 75mm x 25mm to the frame by using M.S. flat of size 25 x 5mm by means of M.S. bolts and nuts including fixing the frame in position by making holes in walls / R.C.C. fin walls and making good the same and finishing smooth etc., complete as directed during the execution.

SPECIALISED INJECTION GROUTING WITH CEMENT AND FREE FLOW ADDITIVES : a].Drilling of holes with power drilling machine to the required depth [12mm to 14mm dia holes] b].Fixing of Rubber Nozzles with cement and quick setting, Rapid hardening compound putty - Rapidstrong qs or equivalent. c].Grouting of holes with 140 PSI Grout pump with cement slurry mixing with Specialized Free flow, Non-shrink Grout additive - 250 Grams per bag of 50 Kgs Cement add required water to make slurry form. d].After completion of grouting, Remove the Rubber nozzles e]. Later sealing of the hole with polymer cement putty, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911and as directed during Execution in all Floors.

Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted Walls / Ceilings with One coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls in all Floors.

Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with Two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Providing painting for old teak wood joinery Two coats using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Providing painting for new iron work Two coats over one coat of Metal Primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.
