Tendering

Starting from preparation of tender upto receipt of material and closure of contract inclusive of the following activities: Tender preparation - Technical Section (Specifications, QAP,Test Plan etc.) and Commercial Section (ITB, SCC, GCC, SCC Annexure, SOR, EMD &PBG format etc. Preparation of bidder Qualification Criteria (BQC). Vendor Evaluation as per BQC and recommendation for vendor qualification. SOR Preparation. In-house estimation Preparation. Floating of Open Tender: -Webhosting of Tender in consultant’s website as well as on CUGL’s website. Tender/NIT advertisement fees shall be in CUGL’s scope and shall be reimbursed at actual along with GST as applicable. Arrangement of Pre-bid Meeting and webhosting of clarifications after CUGL approval. Technical Bid opening, Techno-commercial Evaluation &Recommendation for price bid opening. Price Bid Opening, however prior CUGL approval is required. Preparation of Price Comparison statement and submission to CUGL for review. Recommendation to CUGL for Price Negotiation (If required). Recommendation to CUGL foe award of Job.Approval of vendor drawing, data sheets, QAP etc. at site office/Head office, dispatch clearance.

Starting from preparation of tender upto receipt of material and closure of contract inclusive of the following activities: Preparation of tender, Hosting of NIT / Recommendation for list of bidders, floating of tender, receipt of bids and opening of bids. Evaluation of Tenders, Preparation of TBA & CBA, Recommendation of Price Bid Opening, Price evaluation & Recommendation for placement of Order. The decision of Engineer In-charge in this regard shall be final.

Installation of CS Pilpeline: Route survey, drawing / documents approval, expediting, progress review and reporting, supervision of works and material, testing, commissioning, Joint measurement, quality checks, running bills verification and recommendation including closure of contract as per the scope of the work mentioned in the tender document. Supervision of Loading/Unloading and Transportation of PNG Equipments, viz. DRS etc..

Civil Works: Supervision of Plot/Site survey, Checking and Approving IFC Drawing, Measurement Certfication, Filling Measurement Books (MB), documents approval, expediting, progress review and reporting, supervision of works, checking MTC of material, testing, joint measurement, quality checks, running bills verification and recommendation including closure of contract as per the scope of the work mentioned in the tender document. Supervision of Loading/Unloading and Transportation of CNG Equipments, viz. Compressor, Dispenser, Cascades etc..

Execution of Works : PNG Customers

Survey And Work Front Identification from list of registered customers and conversion of customers where Meter/TF/IV is already installed

Planning and Execution Monitoring for PNG Connections

Route survey, drawing / documents approval, expediting, progress review and reporting, supervision of works and material, testing, commissioning, Joint measurement, quality checks, running bills verification and recommendation including closure of contract as per the scope of the work mentioned in the tender document. Other miscellaneous work related to PNG/Civil site activities. NOTE: 70% Payment shall be made for processing of Vendor Bills. 20% Payment shall be against achievement of periodic targets of vendors, stated against awarded contracts. Explanation: 2% shall be payable for minimum 10% of achieved targets, 4% against minimum 20% of achieved target and so on. 10% Payment shall be against closure of contract.

Capacity Determination

Carry out the capacity determination of its assets installed in GA of Kanpur, Bareilly & Jhansi. Collect required data including digitized map duly marked up with entry & exit load of PNG, steel pipeline network for simulation from CUGL. Carry out simulation based on existing installation provided by CUGL to estimate the capacity of CUGL’s present gas grids as per PNGRB Regulation. Provide the detailed throughput capacity of the pipeline based on present conditions. Proper report along with filled desired Schedules to be provided. All simulation to be done on Synergee software and files of all the documents shall be submitted to CUGL.

Outstation vendor/material inspection:

Inspection, Expediting at Vender's Place/Site including transportation (To & Fro), lodging, Boarding & all other miscellaneous expenditure anywhere in India
