Providing and fixing aluminium shutters for windows.Frame work to be made up of aluminium section. Providing 4mm thick glass with sliding arrangements. Including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge

Providing and applying paint finish for all areas. One coat of primer and two coats of emulsion paint to be applied. All cost to finish work at site Including labour charge, material charge, etc..All work at the exterior part of the building. Rate to be inclusive of scaffolding charges

TRUSS ROOFING WITH TRAFFORD SHEET Supplying and fabricating by welding, erecting of 1.5”x1.5” GP square tube of 16 guage as king post and side post. Side beam of 1.5”x5” GP square tube of 16 guage to be provided. Rafters and purlins to be of .75”x1.5” GP square tube of 16 guage to be provided. Vertical post embedded in concrete with M.S base plate of 150 x 150 x 16 mm thick at a distance of 3 m c/c for providing colour coated GI sheet roof as specified and as directed, applying one coat of red oxide primer paint for all steel members of approved quality including fabricating by welding , transporting , handling , erecting in position and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, materials, equipment’s, scaffolding etc., complete. Providing and fixing color coated GI trafford sheet roofing of 0.35 mm thick or nearest size available in market with necessary screws and washers including drilling holes for purlins & rafters with necessary bolts & nuts etc.

Provding repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead: With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

Providing and Supplying I beam Section for the structural support of the existing RCC structures. Providing proper support at the bottom and top of the I section as per the architect drawing. All charges including welding charges,labour charges,scaffolding charges, material charges (nuts, bolts, screws etc..), transportation charge etc..

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.( size 600mmx600mm)

Gypsum False Ceiling: Providing and fixing gypsum suspended ceiling, which includes Gyproc surface ribbed perimeter channels along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centers. The suspending G.I intermediate channels at 1220mm centers with ceiling angle with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fastners at every 610mm c/c. Ceiling sections are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610mm centres. 12mm mm tapered edge Gypsum is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment . The 12mm thick saint gobain boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edge of the boards with jointing compound & joint paper tape. Rate shall be inclusive of Cut outs for A/c machines, spot lights, light fixtures, A/C. Grills, fire and security systems cut outs, All Sections should adhere to the manufacturers guidelines. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete

Providing and supplying metal door made up of stainless steel with anti theft locking system, multi layered strengthened plate of lock set is characterized by impact resistance and breaking resistance. All charges including labour, material, transportation, loading and unloading etc.. Complete work as per Engineer in charge

RAIN WATER GUTTER WORK Providing and supplying of semi circular plain rain water gutter on all sides of truss work using 6” pipe fixed with iron brackets 40x3mm size . Work includes plumbing work ofWater to be directed to building drainage system using required piping Work including labour, material and transportation etc.
