Survey of HT Cable route as per specification & as per the direction of Site Engineer and submission of route survey drawing (in two copies) inscribing different land marks

Excavation of soil for making trial hole (minimum size 1.1mx0.5mx1.2m) including backfiling of the excavated soil as per instruction of site engineer

Microtunnelling with supply of HDPE pipe (P-80, PN-6) Nominal dia 160mm and laying of 33KV 3core, 400sq.mm. XLPE cable and preparation and submission of as built drawing mentioning the latitude, longitude, landmarks and depth from ground level

Excavation of soil for formation of cable trench and reinstatement of cable trenches with excavated soil as per instruction of site engineer

Laying of 33KV 3core 400sq.mm XLPE UG cable through above excavated cable trench and micro tunneling portion including spear loop and riser.

Supply of kiln burnt bricks.

Laying of bricks as per drawing and instruction of the site engineer

Supply & filling of yellow sand in void portion of brick box after laying of cable .

Providing assistance for straight through jointing of cable, without supply of jointing materials, including making of jointing pit by properly covering top and all sides of jointing pits with tarpaulin / polythene sheet. Providing adequate manpower to help the cable jointer for straightening the cable at the joint location and re-arrangement of cable loops until completion of jointing. Necessary lighting arrangement to be done, if required.

Providing assistance for making & fixing of end termination joint of cable without supply of materials

Supply & erection of Cast Iron cable marker with foundation

Making of protective duct for straight through joint by excavation of soil including supply and fixing of RCC slabs, bricks, sand and cement etc. as per specification and restoration of soil surface to its original condition as per drawing (PLN/SS/127 dated 23.06.2018) and as per instruction of site engineer

Earthing of cable armour by making earth pit by G.I. pipe (50 mm dia) 3m long and laying of (65x6)mm G.I. flat for earthing of cable armour with supply of materials

Transportation, loading and unloading of cable drums from Barasat Divisional Store to Site

Return of empty cable drums to Barasat Divisional Store in good condition.
