Taking down geyser storage type of capacity 35/25 Liters and dismantling the complete accessories cleaning of inner copper tank outlet/inlet tubes reassembling and refixing complete after repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The accessories if replaced, shall be paid under respective item separately. (ii) Any damage if occurred during the process of cleaning the geyser will be made good by contactor at no extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement geysers heating element round/tringle 2KW 240 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Ditz/Theeta/Airex.

Supply and fix in replacement geysers heating element round/tringle type 1.5KW 240Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Ditz/Theeta/Airex.

Supply and Fix in replacement bottom end cover plate made out of MS sheet duly painted suitable for capacity upto 35/25 Liters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with three plug pin and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 20Amps 10KA 220 Volt 50Hz complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Crompton/Legrands/Standard.

Supply and fix in replacement syphon assembly complete with inter thermostat pipe etc and screw rubber packing for 35/25 Liters capacity as per existing sample complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement thermostat switch for geysers with temperature range 25 degree centigrade to 85 degree centigrade, 11" long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: - Bajaj/Digits/Recold/DASS PASS/THETA/Micron King.

Supply and fix in replacement copper chromium plated CP connection 18" long with two brass adopter heavy duty ISI marked & connecting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of safety valve/high pressure valve 15mm,as per side requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ISI marked.

Supply and fix in replacement of metal plug top 2 pole and earth 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Plaza/ Strandard

Supply and fix in replacement of metal Socket 2 pole and earth 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Plaza/ Strandard

Supply and fix in replacement PVC connection with Brass adopter screwed at both ends 18" long heavy duty ISI Marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement copper flexible cable PVC insulated 3 core of size 40/0.0076, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement indication lamp suitable for geysers of capacity upto 35 Liters of any description such as round/rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of outer body made/fabricated of 1.6 mm MS sheet for Geysers of 35/25 ltrs capacity duly painted with spray paint with clamps 2 Nos of size 15mmx1mm thick with necessary nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement inner storage tank for geysers made out of copper sheet as per existing gauge suitable for geysers of 35/25 Liters capacity, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fans of any make/size, cleaning with petrol, removal of dust and dirt,oiling/greasing the bearing etc by opening fan. Painting one coat to the exhaust fans including blades and motor complete with synthetic enameled paint by spray painting. Writing MES Number with black paint and refixing the same after replacing the flexible twin cord copper cable of required length all as specified and directed and testing on completion for the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Opening cutting winding of exhaust fan and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation varninshing, heating etc and replacing copper flexible wire (Minimum length 1meter) 225mm to 230mm sweep exhaust fans complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 17.00 above but 300mm sweep.

Supply & fixing geysers 25 ltrs storage capacity 5 Star Rating power consuption 2000W Vertical Mount type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havell's Model : Name Puro Plus or equivalent Bajaj/Crompton Greeves/Havell's

Supply & Fixing Ventilating/Exhaust fan with louvers of size 230 mm sweep Metal body 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with bolt nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible cord copper of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to exhaust fans for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
