Supply ainstallation, comissioning & testing of outdoor type nonextensible 11 KV, SF6 insulated compact ring main unit (RMU) with short circuit peak mating current 50 KA and short circuit breaking current 20 KA fully arc proof metal encloused free standing floor mounting motorised operated fixed type SF6 insulated, 2 Nos. Load break switches 400 Amps (as incoming) and 1 No SF6 circuit breaker 200 Amps ( as outgoing) with self-powered micro-processor based relays (as and related CTs, cable switch module and an interlocking mechanism with the earth switches, degree of protection IP 54 with the following components complete all as specified and directed (a) 2mm stainless steel tank filled with SF6 comprising of 2 Nos isolators and 1 No SF6 circuit breaker (b) Self-powered micro processor controlled numeric relay comprising of 02 pole over current, one pole earth fault protection relay (c) Manual push button for emergency trip (d) Internal bus earthing with fat Gl strip of size 50x6 mm. (e) Copper bus bar. (f) Manual mechanism. (g) Front access & bottom entry of HT cables (h) In case of bus bar extension the same should be achievedthrough "plugin bus bars only, bolted type bus bars are not acceptable (j) The bus bar should be extendible and connectable within the heath of the awitch gears, the bus bars should not exceed the size of RMU/Cubicle (k) The cable box should have bottom gland/base plata for cable entry and front cable covers for cable access (l) The live line indicators should be of LCD display type due to their higher life taking the required power from the capacitive coils situated at as the cable bushings (m) Manometer (n) Mechanical indication in the front in the mimic for open & close breakerisolator/ earth switch (o) Operating handle Make: ABB/Schneiders/Siemens/Areva

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm complete all as spd and directed at site.

Supply and fix for cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 150 sqmm to 225 sqmm complete all as spd and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning for AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz 400 KVA capacity transformer step down Indoor type 11 KV/ 433 V (at no load) copper wound, oil cooled complete with oil tank including first of ISI marked insulating oil up to the top level indicator breather with silica gel lifting hooks drain valve air vent valve tackel wheel with channel and locking arrangement to put on the plinth with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV) side star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group-4) and neutral brought on secondary (LV) side OFF load tap changer in suitable steps/position on HV side to give output 433 volt on LV side and provision of following accessories and connecting with electrical system earthing etc including all jointing materials PCC foundation as per OEM design/recommendation testing and commissioning all as per IS 1180 Part I etc complete all specified and directed. (a) 03 Nos porcelain H. T. bushings with Brass/gun metal bushing rods/ cable Box complete with nuts and washters on primary (HV) side suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE cable of size 3 core 2 x 240 sqmm. (b) 04 Nos porcelain with brass/GM bushing rods complete with nuts and washers on secondary (LV side suitable fo LT 433 V XLPE cable of size 3.5 core 185 sqmm and neutral connection with suitable size of HT 11 KV XLPE cable.

(c) Oil conservation with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosive vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with term reading pointer max term indicating and resetting device. (h) Rating plate with terminal markings. (i) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitare fixing of 50x6mm Gl earth strip. (k) Oil level guage. (l) Oil drain and filter valves (m) Oil filler hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (n) Lifting lugs (o) Air relief valve plug (p) Four plan solid cast steel detachable rollers. (q) First fill of fresh oil conforming to revant IS and having dielectric strength not less that 60 KV with 2mm gap. (r) Separate neutral bushing to be provided for earthing. (s) Provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250/200 mm size made out of 1.6mm thick plate vitreous enameled white with letters figures of voltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front side. The rear side of the plate also be enamelled. (t) Any other fittings/accessories so as the whole transformer to IS-1180. Note: (a) Transformer shall be placed upon a PCC/RCC platform and of size as recommeded by the OEM. (b) Neutral grounding resistance (NGR) shall be provided of suitable rating and design for enhancing the resistance of the neutral. (c) Cost of foundation NGR and control wiring shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the transformer. Make: Siemens/ABB/CG/ITE

Supply and Lay in OD 110 mm Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall for protection of underground Cable with all fittings laid in trenches/road/nallah or fixed along wall poles or laid under floor for the following dia (Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Fixing accessories for pipe laying such as clamps and nut bolts are to be included in quoted rate. Make: Rex/Poly/Geminie

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out soft/Loose soil and including taking out PCC cable cover and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick Each buried directly in ground (earth pit not less that 2:25 mtrs below ground level) with job top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mm below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 25x3mm by means of bolts nots check nuts and washers of copper or bronze all as shown in electrical plate no.3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control boardf all as spd and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 32mm light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, PCC pit with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc, complete all as directed. NOTE : (1) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC cover slab af RCC (1:2:4) tyep B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with suitable handle shall be provided. (ii) Item included the cost of Gl pipe upto 7.5m length for protection of earth strip. (iii) Item included the cost of copper earth strip 25x3mm upto 7.5 length. (iv) IR value of earthing should be less than 1 Ohm. (v) The work shall be executed all as per details shown in plate No-3 of MES SSR Part-1 except the changes made in materials description of the item as given above.

M&L for bore Earthing, 150 mm bore for earthing with maintenance free chemical earthing using copper electrode of size 19 mm dia - 01 No, 3 m long, Copper earth strip, excavation and earth work, back fill with compound (Chemical for earth enhancer gel 2 x 25Kg)-01 set complete all as directed, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Note: (1) IR Value should be less than 1.0 ohm. (ii) Copper earth stip of size 20 x 3.15 mm including installation 7.5 Mtr (Copper purity not less than 99%) is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Suitable FRP Chamber should be included in the quoted unit rate.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 25x3 mm copper strip all as spd and directed at site.
