MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, WET SERVICESAND OTHER SERVICE INSTALLATIONS
Testing, Commissioning and Operating of Plant
A In order that the inspections and tests may be carried out in a through and logical
manner, the Contractor shall prepare an itemised check list against which the
installation is to be inspected and tested. The checklist shall be submitted to the
Employer’s Personnel / Engineer for approval prior to the commencement of the
B The checklist shall be completed and certified to the effect that the quality of
installation meets all the requirements of the specifications. Itemised check lists
and test certificates shall be endorsed and submitted as and when completed, to
the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer who might afterwards carry out spot checks
at his own discretion
C The Employer’s Personnel / Engineer may also decide to witness performance
tests being carried out by the Contractor. They should then be informed of the
intention of carrying out such tests at least one week in advance.
D The Employer’s Personnel / Engineer shall at the appropriate time arrange to
carry out acceptance tests on the completed installation or part thereof. If faults
and defects are upon verification discovered in the installation a list of these
shortcomings shall be given to the Contractor who shall forthwith rectify them and
issue a further test certificate endorsed RE-TEST. Subsequent inspections after
the second one which may have to be made by the Employer’s Personnel/
Engineer for the same shortcomings shall be at the expense of the Contractor.
Any list issued to the Contractor, in connection with shortcomings in the
installation shall not be regarded as final, but only as assistance given to the

a) Checking of all safety features of equipment by simulation of overload and
abnormal conditions.
b) Setting of protective devices to stop operation of equipment at overload or
abnormal conditions.;
E Checking of performance of equipment and systems by simulation through the
range of maximum to minimum operating conditions. Relevant parameters
recording of each area shall be made and witnessed by the Employer’s Personnel /
F The Contractor shall also log as part of his commissioning the current measurable
parameters at all required points, to demonstrate that the systems are performing
according to the relevant Standards and Design Parameters. To that effect, all
the necessary instrumentation and sensing points will have been built-in, to
generate simultaneous recordings where this is deemed necessary by the
Employer’s Personnel / Engineer.
G All tests shall be recorded in a field test report for insertion in the operating and
maintenance manual. Values of voltage and amps shall be recorded and marked
on instruments as appropriate.
A The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision and equipment required for
testing, commissioning and operating the plant. The Employer may assign

operating personnel as observers, but such observation time shall not be counted
as instruction time. The Contractor shall provide fuel oil for the testing and
commissioning of the generators.
B The Contractor’s operator(s) shall be fully conversant with the operation and
experienced in running similar INSTALLATION. The Subcontractor shall train the
Employer’s operator(s) to enable them to be responsible for and capable of
operating the plant.
C The Contractor shall have made due allowance for payment of all services and
utilities that are required for his tests.
D The Employer’s Personnel/ Engineer reserves the right to obtain the services of an
outside firm specializing in such work if, in his opinion, the
Contractor/Subcontractor does not properly, or in the available time, carry out
E The Contractor shall carry out all works using the appropriate tools. He shall also
provide any specialized tool, which in the opinion of the Employer’s Personnel /
Engineer is necessary for carrying out the work properly.
F All tools shall be in perfect condition and safe for operation by the workmen, to
the satisfaction of the Consultant.
G Tools shall be equipped with protecting guards as necessary and working helmets,
gloves, masks, protective goggles and the like shall be provided for the safety of
the working personnel.
H Connection of electric tools to the power supply shall be by means of proper
flexible cable with an earth conductor where required using proper unbreakable
plugs and sockets.
I Extension leads where necessary shall be by means of tough flexible cables of
suitable size for the load to be served and shall be connected to the source of
supply through connection units with compression glands or through heavy duty
plugs and sockets as appropriate.
J Power supply shall be taken from proper site distribution boards provided indoors
or suitably conditioned to withstand adverse atmospheric conditions when
provided outdoors.
A Each tool or equipment shall be served through independent connecting units and
shall be protected against accidental electrocution and short circuits by suitable
human safety units of the appropriate rating and sensitivity such as Residual
Current Circuit Breakers.

B Irrespective of such protection, an efficient earth connection shall be provided.
C Site distribution systems and cables shall always be in perfect condition over the
entire period of the Contract, and any accidental damage to a cable, shall be
efficiently repaired without delay.
Testing Instruments
D The Contractor shall provide all the necessary testing gear for carrying out all
verifications and tests over the entire Contract period and after the completion of
the installation.
E The testing instrument shall be made available whenever required and at short
notice, to the Employer’s Personnel /Engineer.
Site Communication System
F The Contractor shall make available on site to the Employer’s Personnel/ Engineer
as and when requested, a pair of portable radio communicating sets (walky-
talkies) or other appropriate communicating device.
G The sets shall be light and handy and in perfect working condition and shall
provide communicating possibility over the entire Site and/or throughout the
H The sets shall be used at the discretion of the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer
over the contract period but more precisely over the pre-commissioning periods
and when carrying out inspections. After the handing over and during the defects
liability period, the sets shall be made available at short notice as requested by
the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer as above.
Practical Completion of Service Installation Work
A Practical Completion of the service installation works will occur after the
following procedure has been certified by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer as
having been carried-out in accordance with the specifications:-

1. Physical completion has been reported to the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer
by the Contractor, and all defects make good and the Employer’s Personnel /
Engineer has given approval for “start-up”.
2. “Start-up” has taken place.
3. Commissioning and testing has taken place as specified and test results have
been witnessed (where required), recorded and approved by the Employer’s
Personnel / Engineer.
4. Three sets of “as built” drawings, on plastic foil and on CD have been
furnished to the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer at the time of the Sectional
Taking Over. These shall comprise the “Shop Drawings” as specified above
embodying all modifications made during construction, and further system
diagrams indicating the intended functioning, capacity data and control
functioning of all systems. For these latter drawings, the Contractor may, if
he so desires, obtain plastic negative of the System diagrams for updating if

completion but not later than 15 days from the certified date of completion.
Final Completion of the Service Installation Works
A The works shall be considered to have been completed to its Final State only
after the following will have been Ascertained, Recorded or Certified by the
Employer’s Personnel / Engineer or other Representative of the Employer:

1. When so reported formally by the Contractor.
2. When start-up, Testing and Commissioning of the entire works will have fully
taken place as per specifications and test results and certificates will have
been formally issued to the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer in compliance
with the specifications and the relevant Safety Regulations as applicable to
3. When all snags or defects either identified by the Architect / Engineer or by
the Contractor himself as part of his contractual obligations, will have been
attended to, corrected and completed to the full satisfaction of the
Employer’s Personnel / Engineer.
4. When all the sets of Operating/Maintenance/Owners Manuals (where
applicable) and As-Built Drawings/Negatives/Sepias, will have been handed
over to the Consultant who will have prior to such handing over, satisfied
himself that such documentation is in full compliance with the requirements
of the Contract.
5. When the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer will have issued a Final Completion
as deemed opportune and appropriate by him, after being fully satisfied that
the Contract has been totally fulfilled and completed as per the
specifications and the Contract Documentation
6. When all unused materials, tools, plant, equipment, temporary buildings
which are not the property of the Client, will have been removed from the
site, which shall have been cleaned of all rubbish and waste materials and left
in a clean and tidy state, on or before the scheduled Final Date of
Completion, but not later than 15 days after the formal handing over to the
Record Documentation
A The Contractor shall supply to the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer, as a pre-
requisite to the start-up of preliminary handing-over visits comprehensive record
documents already approved by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer. The
Contractor is advised that great importance will be placed upon quality, accuracy,
clarity and completeness of the record documents and upon their being made

available promptly.
B The Contractor shall demonstrate from time to time, as required by the
Employer’s Personnel / Engineer throughout the execution of the works that
adequate and accurate records are being kept such as will ensure the ultimate
completeness and accuracy of the record documents and that the record
documents are themselves being progressively compiles as the work on site
C The Contractor shall maintain on site a complete set of progress drawings to
indicate the progress and extent of the installation works.
D These drawings shall be up-dated on a weekly basis and shall be available for
inspection by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer at all times.
E Progress drawings shall be up-dated to indicate complete services works prior to
the covering-up of services by ceiling tiles, ceiling panels, access covers, duct
F Record documents shall comprise the following, all as described in this
Specification:-
a) Operating and Maintenance Manuals
b) As-built drawings
Plantroom Instructions
G Diagrams and Drawings under frame and glass, shall be provided in each
plantroom and shall show in large scale complete outlines of the corresponding
system or service with all devices and components correctly located and identified
with piping and wiring diagrams and layouts clearly and neatly drawn. Full
Operating Instructions of the Plants and Systems shall also be included.
H The diagrams shall state, where applicable, the normal, maximum and minimum
instrument readings, the control points, scale settings, true settings, differential
bands, throttling ranges, time delay and overload settings (actual and scale) and
other relevant variable and adjustable items to permit checking and adjusting of
each instrument, control and motor function.
Operating and Maintenance Manuals
A Four weeks before the date of the preliminary handing-over visits the Contractor
shall hand over a draft copy of each operating and maintenance manual to the
Employer’s Personnel / Engineer for comment.
B The draft copy of each manual shall conform to the required format required by
this specification to enable all relevant comments to be made by the Employer’s

Personnel / Engineer.
C Four copies of the final approved manual are to be provided at each Sectional
Taking Over. Three of these copies shall be passed to the employer’s
maintenance department, who after receiving the manual shall be trained in the
operation and maintenance of the plant by the Contractor.
The manual shall be arranged as follows:-
Part I: Systems
This part shall be sub-divided into the different services shown on the diagrams
and drawings as detailed in the system’s description and specifications and
forming part of the Contract.

safe and efficient working order. Guidance shall be given on the nature
of deterioration and defects to be looked for.
2 Procedure for dismantling and re-assembly, replacements, adjustments,
calibration, part testing, identification list, special tools, test
equipment & auxiliary services, hazards and precautions to be taken
and fault finding routines.
3 Trouble shooting charts.
F. General Parts Lists
The schedules shall locate and detail the design and actual operating
conditions, detail the replaceable assemblies. Sufficient information
shall be provided to identify each item, together with the source of
supply, ratings, dimensions and appropriate standards. Equipment
schedules shall include the name and address of the manufacturer,
reference number, name and address of supplier, order number, date
of purchase. A separate parts list shall be provided for each item
detailed in the equipment schedule.

L. Emergency Measures
If necessary, due to the number of drawings, which have to be included
in the manual, each drawing shall be photographically reduced in size
to suit the manual. The drawings shall be as detailed earlier.
A The manual shall conform to the following minimum standards:-
(a) The covers shall be substantial, of adequate size, distinctive and of sufficient
strength to protect the contents for the life of the installation. The method
of binding shall give a permanent anchorage along the left hand side whilst
allowing the text to be flat without damage to the spine.

(b) The manuals shall be prepared on approved typeface on top quality A4
suitable for direct insertion into the manuals.
(c) The front cover and where appropriate the spine, shall have the following
information clearly displayed in permanent lettering:-
(i) Name of logotype of the Client.
(ii) Name of the building and details of the services included in the manual.
(iii) A volume number where the manual runs to more than one.
(d) The title page shall contain the following:-
(i) Title of the building.
(ii) Services referred to in the manual
(iii) Full name and address of the Client.
(iv) The author’s reference number of the manual.
(v) Date of completion and date of hand-over of the services to the Client.
(vi) Date of issue.
(vii) Name and address of manual author.
(e) The preliminary pages should contain:-
(i) Full name, address and telephone number of the Engineer.
(ii) Full name, address and telephone number of the Contractor and all
Subcontractors.
(iii) Any limitations on the use of the manual.
(iv) Record of amendments to the manual.
(v) Contents list.
(vi) Description of how to use the manual.
(vii) List of all supplementary documents.
(f) Each section of the manual shall be divided by a stiff divider of the same size
as the holder. The divider shall be labelled to identify the section of the
manual, which is following.
(g) All pages comprising the manual shall be subsequently numbered
according to each section (i.e.: Part I, Section A, B, Part II,
Section A, B, C etc…)
Routine Maintenance & Inspection Service if applicable
A The annual premium to be claimed for carrying out routing inspection and service,

shall be as provided in the Tender.
B The proposed scheme should be in the form of broken down list of proposed
interventions with corresponding rates in such a way that the Client may if desired
omit certain operations or alter the frequency of intervention.
C During adjudication of tenders, due consideration shall have been given to the
maintenance facilities offered and to the spares and service organization of the
Contractor on which full particulars must have been provided.
D The Contract shall be renewable at the end of that period for consecutive periods
of 12 months at the discretion of the Client and any increase in the premium shall
be mutually agreed between both parties, it being understood that such increase
shall have to be fully justified by the Contractor and shall be calculated from
initial quoted rates.
As-built Drawings
E Four weeks (minimum) before the start-up of preliminary handing-over visits, the
Contractor shall hand over a draft copy of every as-built drawing to the Engineer
for comment. All progress drawings shall be submitted together with the draft as-
built drawings.
F Preliminary prints of ‘As-Built’ Drawings shall be submitted to the Engineer who
shall endeavour to establish the correctness of the drawings. However,
verification of ‘As-built’ Drawings by the Engineer shall not relieve Contractor of
his responsibility for any deviation from reality, which may be discovered at a
later date, even after the Maintenance Warranty and Defects Liability Period.
A He may be requested at any time to make the necessary corrections and all
expenses incurred to do so shall be at his charge. He may also be liable at
common law for any prejudice or inconvenience that such error may have been
caused to the Employer , Employer’s Personnel / Engineer. Whenever possible a
transparent copy of the Architect or Engineer’s drawing shall be used for the
preparation of an ‘As-built’ Drawing and the Engineer shall supply the required
transparency against payment at prevailing cost. If ‘As-built’ variations cannot be
clearly shown thereon, it shall then be the Contractor’s responsibility to prepare
the necessary transparencies, which shall provide the appropriate information.
B Draft as-built drawings in this context refers to as-built drawings that have been
prepared on the basis of the progress drawings but which shall be complete in all
instances including reference numbers except for such modifications as may be

found necessary during commissioning/acceptance tests, hand-over procedures,
C Final draft as-built drawings shall be handed-over to the Engineer for comments
within fourteen days of successful acceptance tests/handover procedures, etc.
These drawings shall incorporate any modifications found necessary.
D In addition, and complementary to the draft as-built drawings, the Contractor
shall provide the following of each drawing within a calendar month of the
contract completion date:-
(a) 1 set of CD for CAD reproduction and worked through the latest AutoCAD
E As-built drawings shall show to the approval of the Engineer the work as
completed and shall record the following (as applicable):-
(i) The location, including level if buried, of public service connections
provided within the contract, whether installed by the Subcontractor or
the appropriate Authority, together with the points of origin and
termination, size and materials of pipes, line pressure, flow and other
relevant information.
(ii) The layout, location and extent of all piped services showing pipe sizes,
together with all valves for regulation, isolation and other purposes, drain
cocks, test points, gauges, flow or pressure switches and other
(iii) Location, identity, size and details of all apparatus and controls
equipment served by, or associated with, each of the various services.
(iv) The location and identity of each room including space housing plant,
machinery or apparatus.
(v) All necessary sections, elevations, isometrics and schematics of the plant
(vi) Control and wiring diagrams shall be provided incorporating details of
each instrument and equipment item and written description of the
sequence of operation of each system. All diagrams shall include full
details of internal panel wiring and connections to field mounted items.
(vii)Layout, location and extent of Electrical switchgear, distribution boards,
cables and termination points.

(viii) Detailed general arrangements of all switchgears, riser cupboards,
service trenches, transformer chambers, generator rooms and other plant
or apparatus, including the location, identity, manufacturer, size and
rating of each apparatus
(ix) Shop and As-Built Drawings from Manufacturers, Suppliers and Other
Subcontractors if related to the Contract, shall also be supplied.
A The as-built drawings as described shall be drawn out in ink on best quality tracing
paper on the international A series sizes. All lettering shall be in ink with all
titles, headings, etc. stencilled in height not less than 5mm; all other lettering
shall be stencilled.
B Each record drawing shall show the following information:-
(a) The name of the contract, and where appropriate, the zone and floor
(b) Description of drawing, drawing number and scale.
(c) Name and address of the Contractor and the engineer.
C The completed drawings shall be signed by the Contractor as as-built drawings,
and shall be submitted to the Engineer at the same time as the operating and
maintenance manual is handed over for comment.
D Each as-built drawing shall include the words “As-built Drawing” in 18mm
stencilled upper case lettering in the bottom right corner adjacent to the title

E The tendered shall allow for the training of the Client’s personnel until the point
where they will be fully conversant with the installation
A The Contractor shall be responsible to plan the training scheme, in consultation
with the Client.
B The period of liability of the Contractor on any portion of the installation, shall be
governed by any Defects Liability period or Guarantee applicable to the
INSTALLATION and equipment, whichever is later.
Liability for Installation and Maintenance of Equipment & Associated
Components Supplied by the Employer
C When the Employer decides to order any piece of equipment or component of
installation from any source of his choice and in direct relation with the Contract
Works covered by the Contract and to entrust the installation of such equipment
or component to the Contractor, the latter which shall be deemed to be a
Specialist in the field, shall unless otherwise instructed, be responsible for taking

delivery of the equipment and installing same in full accordance with the
instructions of the Supplier/Manufacturer, taking all the recommended
precautions for the proper and safe operation of such equipment or component.
D The Contractor shall therefore be responsible of the commissioning of the
equipment or component with the assistance of a Technical representative of the
Supplier/Manufacturer, as considered necessary by the Client or appointed
Consultant, and of the handing over of such equipment or component in perfect
condition of operation and appearance and to the entire satisfaction of the Client
E The Contractor shall subsequently be responsible of providing Post Contract
Maintenance & Repair service on equipment supplied by the Client/Employer and
of liaising with the relevant Supplier/Manufacturer for any technical information
or for obtaining parts to carry out any repair.
F When any Contract or Post Contract intervention of the Contractor was to fall
under the normal or any extended terms of the Guarantee of the
Supplier/Manufacturer as may have been established at time of order by the
Client, the Contractor shall carry out any repair or making good intervention as
instructed by the Client or Service Engineer and the cost of such repair shall be at
the charge of the Client who shall take the necessary steps to recover such costs
from the Supplier/Manufacturer.
A However, the Contractor shall make good at his own expense within the Contract
or Post Contract liability period, and following written or verbal instructions from
the Client or Consultant, any fault, defect, shrinkage or other which may appear,
arising in the opinion of the Engineer, from the negligence, lack of expertise and
incompetence of the Contractor or from the use of bad quality installation
materials or from bad workmanship, not in accordance with the
Supplier’s/Manufacturer’s instructions or not complying to the drawings, contract
documents and approved standards or instructions of the Service Engineer.
B In case of default of the Contractor to fulfil his obligations under the terms of this
clause, the Employer may employ or pay other persons to amend and make good
such defects, faults or damage and all expenses consequent thereon and
incidental thereto shall be borne by the Subcontractor and shall be recoverable
from him by the Employer or may be deducted by the Employer from any monies
due to that may become due to the Contractor, the whole without prejudice to
the rights of the Employer at Common Law.

C The period of liability of the Contractor on any portion of the installation, shall be
governed by any Defects Liability period or Guarantee applicable to the

D Duties and Powers of the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer
1 Employer’s Personnel / Engineer’s Duties
The Engineer shall have the duties assigned to him by the Employer in
accordance with the conditions of engagement submitted by the Employer’s
Personnel / Engineer and accepted by the Employer or as otherwise specified
in a correspondence between the Engineer and the Employer.
If the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer was to provide Services beyond the
Scope of his duties as agreed with the Employer and if this was due to the
Contractor default to comply to the terms of his Contract, the latter shall be
liable to reimburse the Employer any costs incurred by the Employer’s
Personnel / Engineer for providing such additional services as for example:-
(a) Extended attendance on site due to delay for completion of the works
within the Contract period.
(b) The cost of producing Shop/Working drawings and Engineering details,
which should normally have been produced by within the Contractor
within the terms of the Contract.
(c) The cost of any Technical and Engineering assistance provide due to
the absence of the necessary expertise within the Contractor's
The Employer’s Personnel / Engineer reserves the right to submit a claim for
such expenses after giving the Contractor early notice in writing of his
intention to do so with copy to the Employer. Such notice shall be addressed
at least 90 days before putting-up the claim and the Contractor shall be at
liberty to submit objections, if any, to such payment.
If the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer consider that such objections are not
receivable and if after expressing same in writing to the Contractor, the
latter maintains his objections, the Engineer shall be at liberty to apply to the
Employer for the settlement of his claim and the corresponding amount shall

be deductible from the Contract Sum at the Employer's discretion.
2 Employer’s Personnel / Engineer's Powers
Unless otherwise specified, all instructions to the Subcontractor shall be given
by the Employer’s Personnel who shall have all the powers stated elsewhere
in the Contract.
3 Employer’s Personnel / Engineer's Decisions
The Contractor shall proceed with the works in accordance with decisions,
instructions given by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer in accordance with
the conditions of the Contract, provided always that:-
(a) If the Contractor shall, without undue delay after being given a
decision, instruction or order otherwise than in writing, require it to be
confirmed in writing, such decision, instruction or order shall not be
effective until written confirmation thereof has been received by the

within 7 days after receiving any decision, instruction of the Employer’s
Personnel / Engineer in writing or written confirmation thereof, intimate
that he disputes or questions the decision, instruction , giving his reasons for

Arbitration, but such intimation shall not relieve the Contractor of his
obligation to proceed with the Works in accordance with the decision,
instruction or order in respect of which the intimation has been
given to him. The Contractor shall be at liberty in any such arbitration to
rely on reasons additional to the reasons stated in the said intimation.
4 Responsibility of the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer
The Engineer shall be responsible for the inspection of the Works and for
making sure that the installation generally complies with the specifications of
the Contract. It is not the responsibility of the Employer’s Personnel /
Engineer to instruct the Contractor on how to perform any part of his work.

The Engineer shall carry out inspections periodically at the frequency and
time that he may judge necessary to satisfy himself that the Works are
executed generally in accordance with his designs and otherwise in
accordance with good Engineering Practice.
Such inspections are not meant to detect all possible errors, deviations or
defects that may have been made by the Contractor or caused by his default
or lack of supervision, and inspection or approval of any part of the
installation by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer, does not relieve the
Contractor of his obligations to comply with the Conditions of the Contract
and from his liability at Common Law.
Inspection and approval of any part of the installation does not therefore
relieve the Contractor from his obligation to remedy or correct any defect,
deviation or error that may be discovered subsequently, when instructions
shall be given to him by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer to that effect.
5 Employer’s Personnel / Engineer's
The duties of the Engineer's representative are to watch and inspect the
works and to test and examine any materials to be used or workmanship
employed in connection with the works. He shall have no authority to relieve
the Contractor of any of his duties or obligations under the Contract, nor,
except as expressly provided hereunder, to order any work involving delay or
any extra payment by the Employer nor to make any variation of or in the

Engineer any of the powers and authorities vested in the Employer’s
Personnel and shall furnish to the Contractor a copy of such written
delegations of powers and authorities. Any written instruction or written
approval given by the Engineer's representative to the Contractor within the
terms of such delegation (but not otherwise) shall bind the Contractor and the
Employer as though it has been given by the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer
provided always as follows:-

(a) Failure of the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer's to disapprove
any work or materials shall not prejudice the power of the
Engineer thereafter to disapprove such work or materials and to order the
pulling down, removal or breaking up thereof.
(b) If the Contractor shall be dissatisfied by reason of any
decision of the Engineer he shall be entitled to refer the matter to the
Employer’s Personnel who shall thereupon confirm, reverse or vary such
6 Supervision, Control and Inspection
The Contactor shall extend to the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer or any
person authorised by him all facilities for access to the Works and to the site
and to all workshops of the Subcontractor or other places where Works or
portions of Contract Works are being carried out or prepared in as part with

such access and shall provide all labour, materials and equipment required for

8 Ownership of Drawings and Contract Documents
All drawings, tracings and other documents issued by the Employer’s
Personnel / Engineer for carrying out the Contract Works shall only be used
for the purpose of the Contract and for no other use, and shall not be
divulged to people not concerned with the Contract nor shall they be copied
without the authorization of the Employer’s Personnel / Engineer. They shall
be carefully preserved in good condition and shall be kept at the disposal of
the Architect / Engineer.
The Employer’s Personnel / Engineer reserves the right to request return of
all documents and drawings to him should he consider that these have been
misused or that unethical use have been made of same.
He also reserves the right to take the appropriate legal measures to protect

Note 1: Sizes of partitions to be measured on site prior

shall not be as per openings schedule but to
