Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP Portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP Portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable

The Bidder shall ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP Portal on or before the last date of bid submission

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP Portal

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act

The Bidder shall not furnish any fake/fabricated/false information or withhold facts etc., if the bidder is found to have violated any of these above (found either during evaluation or after awarding the tender), the tender shall be rejected and action as per rules and regulations shall be taken against the Bidder

The tender period for completion of work is Twelve (12) Calendar months. (Including monsoon period)

Sl No 2 lumpsum3 of Rs 3,48,552.96. This amount will not paid to the agency.

The Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 90,000.00 through KPPP portal

Agency Have mandatory attachment of documents regarding EPF & ESI Chelans filled by more than 500 employees in lost 1 month

The Agency should attach a work done certificate of maintenance of manpower supply. Duly signed by Executive Engineer

The Road Conductor Service Provider should quote the rates considering prevailing Minimum Wages as per Karnataka Minimum Wages act- 1954. In case of quoted rates are less than minimum wages will be liable for rejection

The Contractor shall maintain proper and detailed record for the job carried out by their employees and shall also maintain all records and returns as necessary Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, etc,, as relevant and applicable from time to time

In case of accidents/problems encountered by the employees while performing duty at department office and in relation to it then the compensation must be paid in accordance with the Works man Compensation Act by the SERVICE PROVIDER himself

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 satisfactorily completed as prime Road Conductor Service Provider, at least one similar Services such as -Supply of manpower/Mazdoor/Gangman for Road Conductor not less than Rs. 22.50 Lakhs.

The qualify of award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 - achieved in at least two financial years of turnover of Rs. 45.00 Lakhs
