Clearing and Grubbing Road Land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Dismentling of Dry Brick Work (Existing Brick Edging) comp. in all respects

Dismentling of flexible pavements & disposel of dismentled materials upto lead of 100m stacking serviceable & un serviceable materials seperately as per Technical Specification clause 202. & Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means

Excavation for roadway in soil using Mechanically means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification of MORD Clause 302 (3.5II)

Loosing , Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankement to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150 mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve, minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specifications Clause 301.4.1

Construction of embankment with approved material deposite at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 mtr. Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with all leads as per MoRD Specification clause 301.5

Providing and laying brick on end edge complete as per Pb PWD specification

Granular Sub Base (Grading-I) - Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material (Grade-I), spreaded in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing in place with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRD specification clause 401

Water Bound Macadam (Grading -II) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-A/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per MoRD Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam (Grading -III) -Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates wbm GR-III) of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MoRD Specification Clause 405.

Primer Coat - Providing and applying primer coat with Emulsion (Slow Setting-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRD specification clause 502

Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using tar boiler / pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg. per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD specification clause 503

Providing laying and rolling of Open-graded premix carpet 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B or as per Technical specification Clause 508.

Seal Coat - Providing and laying seal coat using Bitumen VG-10 for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type ‘B’ as per MoRD specification clause 510.

CD Works

Removing all type of Hume Pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 Mtr. Including earth work and dismentling of masonary work as per technical specification Clause 202.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and tech. specifications clause 1104 including setting out, const. of shouring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material

Providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 in culvert as per design in Single Row on first class bedding of granular material inlcuding fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 as per technical specifications clause 1101 (600mm dia)

Brick Masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 in foundations complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 600,1202 and 1203

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 for Architectural Coping 395mm wide 50mm thick on top of Head walls complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 615 & 710

Plastering with Cement Mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brick work in sub structure as per technical specification Clause 613.3 & 1204

Deep struck Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per Technical specification 613.3, & 1204

Painting two coats with prime coat after filling the surface synthetc enamel paint in all sheds on new plastred concreate surface.as pec Tech.specification of MORD 1700.

Supplying of fine sand and backfilling as filter media along HMP, behind head walls, wing walls complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8

Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 M20 in sub-structure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204

Supplying cutting fitting and placing TMT (Fe500/550) reinforcement bars in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification caluse 1002,1010 & 1202.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 M20 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Reinforced cement concrete (RCC Grade M-25) in sub structure complete as per drawingsand technical specification clauses 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204.

Laying First Class Dry Brick on edge flooring or paving in ordinary bonded courses or in herring bond or other special courses / bond along with preparation of sub grade with rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level surface and comber including watering, rolling with road roller. All joints shall be thoroughly filled / grouted with dry sand, applied to a thickness of not less than 20 mm over the surface of flooring and brushed into the joints, complete in all respects. as per CSR 14.19

Supplying and fixing of Logo Board with Vertical Post MS Square Tube 80x80x4.80mm,Defination & Diamond Plate of ACP Sheet 3mm thick back side angle iron 25x25x3mm with Retro Reflective Tape type IV including cutting, lettering, Fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Logo & Informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 3mm & 4mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of Size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Citizen Informatory board as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 4mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of Size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Maintenance Information board as per MORD specifications and drawing with ACP Sheet 3mm thick fixed on MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick with base plate 300x300x5mm duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of Size 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory signs as per IRC : 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over Aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450mm x 600 mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflacto raising glass beads @ Rs. 250 gm. Per Sqm area thickness of 2.5mm inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per CSR. 24.57
