The bidders should be having an experience of at least Three years in providing services of 25 Security Guards and Housekeeping personnel to a Single Government Department/ Organization/ Under takings in state Of Karnataka etc.
The bidder must be a Company registered under Companies Act, 1956, Companies Act, 2013 or Agency respectively with existence in business with at least 3 years of experience as Company or Agency.
The annual turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Rs.3.00 Crores in each of the last three financial years i.e., in 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
The bidder should have related ISO certificates in force
Bidder should be registered under labour department
Bidder should be registered under ESI Act
Bidder should be registered under EPFO
Registration under KGST Act
Registration under Karnataka Tax on Profession, Trades, Callings and Employments Act
The agency should have PAN CARD
The Bidder should have an office in any of these cities in Karnataka
Bidders shall not be blacklisted by any State / Central Government Department, Ministry or Agency or any Corporate Body as on bid submission date
Subcontract/ Sub Lease not allowed.
Bidder has to submit license issued by Department of Police GOK
