Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Removing of vegetation / shrubs / brushwood / undergrowth and carrying away rubbish to a distance of 50 m deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, knelers, apex stones.

S&F, in repair, 1.0mm thick Mild Steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut size, holes punched: including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fasterings and heavy brackets, framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) includings distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-290, E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L steel work in tubular truess, purline rafter columns etc including welding ,butt welded tubes conferming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors and finishing the top surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces.

Dismantling of MS steel gate size not exceeding 10 Sqm single or double leaf any type and design , for carrying out minor repair like replacement of worn out mild steel sections , welding etc fixing the gate in same or different location including painting the entire steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic emanel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
