Supply and fix in position powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, and fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:-(i) Formwork (if any) required shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Testing of flexural strength shall be carried out as specified and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (v) Construction joints dummy and expansion joints shall be measured and paid sepereatly under respective items. (vi) Deduction shall be made in concrete quantity for expansion joints. (viii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include the cost of curing compound spread as per manfacturer instruction and no extra amount will be payable on this account.
Material and labour for 150 mm minimum thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15- 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, if required including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC:15-2017. Note (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (ii) Polyester triangular non circular synthetic fibers as secondayr reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design) (iii) Construction joints dummy and expansion joints shall be measured and paid sepereatly under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC of quantity for expansion joints (v) For the purpose of pricing this item the cement content shall be considered as 360 kg /cum Minus price adjustment shall be made @ Rs 7 per kg in case of quantity of cement used is less than 360 Kg /Cum. Material and labour for forming of 25 mm thick expansion joints in concrete slabs upto full depth of PQC by early saw and subsquent cutting by diamond cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as spceified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia over filler board and filled with polyethylene based sealant complies with BS4254 BS-52112 and En 418752003 priming the side minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance gurantee and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidential spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after of sealent is applied for thickness of concrete slab 260 mm completed all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris, The joint filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as spceified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant, placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyethylene based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for forming dummy/ contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris, The joint filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as spceified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant, placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix formula and tests specified. In case binder content is found to be less than 5.5% as per mix formula as specified in Schedule 'A' shall be adjusted at the rate of 46.90/ kg for the less quanity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5 % mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.
