Renovation and repairing of Artificial Pond:

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1cement: 3 sand :6 coarse aggregate by volume

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level) c) ISI approved Mild steel reinforcement bar(M.S.Bar)

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) I) Using mixer machine A) In sub-structure up to plinth level (N) Without using admixture, plasticiser, a) M15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4

Prividing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish …….. and plain concrete work in : 3.1.1.1 : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, file cap, raft and mass concrete work etc. b) Using 25 mm Thick planks.

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (b) In prop. 1:4

15 mm thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level .. curing complete as directed. A) On rough side a) In cement mortar 1:3

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (a).Acrylic Emulsion Paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac)

Providing polished vitrified wall tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile(Choksey/Sika/ Pedelite/ Rouf)/ white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tilesc complete at all levels as specified and directed. (coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the department). i) Of size 300mmx450mm and above

Providing fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1208.2

Supplying water pumping machine sets complete as per directed.

Labour for boring hole for inserting tube well pipes through different soil/rock media including hire charges of drill pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary etc, complete as directed by the department. ii) Bore hole of 100mm diameter

Supplying fitting and fixing pipes with all necessary fitting in exposed or in trenches including trenching and refilling the same etc. complete as directed. (B) uPVC pipe with uPVC fittings ix) 90mm diameter

Supplying fitting and fixing ISI approved PVC filter 3.00 meter long.

Drain :

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable material. I. Ordinary Soil, (i) upto 3.00 m depth

Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 I. Sand Filling

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 802, 803,1202& 1203. B. With Natural gravel: I. PCC Grade M10 (i) Nominal Mix 1:3:6

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in sub-structure excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and complete technical specification clauses 602, 603, 604, 1202 & 1204. II) In 1:4 Cement mortar.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15mm thick on brick work in substructure as per Technical specifications clauses 613.4 & 1204.

Providing concrete for plain/ rainforced concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204. B.With Natural Gravel III) R.C.C. grade M20 , i) For Height upto 5m.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT(Fe-500D) reinforcement bar in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall, return wall as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 1204.3.8. ii. Sandy Materials

Iron Gate :

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level. (a) In ordinary soil

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a).Brick on flat soling.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.1.1.1 : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, file cap, raft and mass concrete work etc. b) Using 25 mm Thick planks.

3.1.1.2: Sides of tie beam, grade beams etc. at or below ground level. b) Using 25 mm Thick planks.

3.1.1.3: Columns, Pillars, Posts and Strut b) Using 25 mm Thick planks.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side a) In cement mortar 1:3

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mm x 6mm size as per approved design.Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.( minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.(Separate payment will be made for posts).
