Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil a directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing & laying cement concrete Mechanically mixed & Vibrated 1 : 4 : 8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm ( Forty milimetre ) nominal size ) for plain/ reinforced concrete work in open foundation complete as per drawing & technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including cost of form work & curing complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete Mechanically mixed & Vibrated 1 : 3 : 6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 25 mm ( Twenty five milimetre ) nominal size ) for plain/ reinforced concrete work in open foundation complete as per drawing & technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including cost of form work & curing complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick ISI marked heavy duty pre cast cement concrete inter locking paver block vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including based on kurb block grey/coloured as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters)thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in walls etc. as per HP.PWD. Providing Tor steel reinforcement of approved make incluiding cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels in all heights including carriage of materials through all modes of transportations with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
