Material & labour for repair to potholes any depth, area exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 10 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying cold emulsion and filled with instant road repairing bitumenous premix including well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing bird proof net of co-polymer nylon monofilament, ultraviolet stabilized with aperture 20mm x 20mm, the thickness of filament is 0.80 mm, melting point 260 degree, tension force can be resisted upto 23.08 kgs, fixed with SS hooks in hanger at any height including dismantling old existing unserviceable nylon net at any height in ceiling including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting existing loose patches / spalled edges of concrete pavement in square / rectangular/ triangular shape to a depth not less than 25mm removing debris out side MD land sweeping the patches with broom, cleaning with compressed air and applying epoxy resin mortar (proportion as specified) including necessary formwork for sides of joints, sprinkle a thin layer of dust free fine sand (QUARTZ SAND 10 No) and applying a coat on top of surface with epoxy resin primer @ 0.45 kg/Sqm and finally filling the joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing caution board of size 900mm x 600mm, made of 1mm thick mild steel plate duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc primer on steel surfaces, and caution board shall be fixed to existing RCC/Stone Masonry wall with self tapping fastners 100mm long and 20mm dia bolt complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height including arrangement of all tools and plants required for fixing of caution board.

Material & labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high with thick paint (Hindi and English) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

Material & labour for oiling and greasing top to bottom pullies of each steel sliding hanger door shutter (each panel), cleaning using standard thinner such as carbon tetra chloride/ Benzene and making smooth functioning to reduce the friction of door and make the door functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

Demolition of PQC (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Place/ spot for dumping demolished material outside MD land shall be ascertained by contractor at their own cost.

Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) (for load bearing) of thickness 300mm to 350mm , of flexural strength 45 Kg/ Sqcm in field as per design mix , as per IRC - 44 of 2017 including triangular/non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including required form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- (i) Admixture is if required as per design mix shall be added. Cost of Admixture including dosage plant and labour for mixing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be apply based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints. (v) As per IRC provision minimum cement contents is 360 Kg /Cum. For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 Kg/Cum. Minus price adjustment shall be made in case of quantity of cement used is less than 400 kg per Cum. However No plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate if excess quantity of cement is used beyond 400Kg/Cum. (vi) Before execution of this item design mix shall be approved by GE. (vii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the cost of cement mortar bunds for curing of PQC and no extra amount will be payble on this account. (viii) The cutting of joint will be done by using diamond cutter.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree Celsius and having specific gravity of 1. 34 to 1.40 of approved manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for finishing surface of concrete pavements by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10mm thick layer of sand filling complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness of virgin quality (as per ASTMD 2103, IS-2508) laid with side and end overlapping not less than 300mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for forming construction joint 150 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and sealed with polyurethane sealant complies with BS:5212 and priming the sides, provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joint 100 mm deep and 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and sealed with polyurethane sealant complies with BS:5212 and priming the sides, provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 10mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PVC hollow profile for wall panelling of size 23 cm wide, 8 mm over all thick with 01 mm wall thickness fixed witth screw to mild steel square tubular frame work made out of MS Hollow section of size 25 mm x 15mm x 2mm spacing 01 meter on both side frame work shall be fixed in wall with the help rawl plug with required lenght of screws including one coat of Red oxide primer to steel surface including dismantling old unserviceable panelling complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacture instructions.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Place/ spot for dumping demolished material outside MD land shall be ascertained by contractor at their own cost.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, kerbs, coping, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, sligntly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved color, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine clean sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in flooring over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for 20 mm thick marble tiles in flooring over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for Factory made, 10mm thick Vitrified heavy Duty, coloured , parking tiles , matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300mm x 300mm, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of Acrylic distemper, white or tinted including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

Demolition of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing powder coated Gl grid frame work of size 605 mm x 605 mm in ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 5 mm thick PVC white colour board of size 600mm x 600mm fixed on metel frame work gride as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply & fixing 5mm thick PVC white colour board of size 600mm x 600mm fixed on existing metel frame work gride as in ceiling including taking down the old unserviceable ceing board complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work (Fe 410-W Gde-E-250) quality-A, as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure/Tower/Antina of any height.

Taking down old exising roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per sqm of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Supply & fixing in repairs High intensity prismatic grade retro reflective self adhesive sheeting on runway DTGM board, size of letters 100cm to 110cm high, 70cm to 80cm wide with letter width of 15cm to 16cm fixed in DTGM board (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and M) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- 3M, Dark eye or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description as existing at site including necessary making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Sub main wiring any type any size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
