Annual Periodical Maintenance of E&M Installations at Terminal Building, Power House & other ancillary buildings, AAI residential colony complete with operation & maintenance of DG sets, Pumps, GLF installations comprising runway edge, taxiways, apron edge lighting, approach lighting, PAPI system, CCR panels, apron high mast lighting all as required to ensure un-interrupted services including minor repairing works as detailed in the technical specifications, terms & conditions of the contract by deputing sufficient manpower round the clock in one shift/General shift for attending to complaints/faults/breakdowns, ensuring serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintnenance, upkeeping of maintenance records/documentation etc.,on all working days including Sundays and holidays and also as & when required basis.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract including repair/replacement of all parts of various makes of A/C units at different locations in Airport premises complete as required as specified for following capacity & type (Each one Set/Job per month).

1.0 Ton Split type (1-Ø,50Hz) (2 Nos. X 24 months = 24 jobs.)

1.5 Ton Split type (1-Ø,50Hz) (11 Nos.X 24 months + 4 Nos.x16 months) = 328 jobs.)

2 Ton Split type (1-Ø,50Hz) (2 Nos.X 24 months = 48 jobs.)

5 Ton Cassette type (3-Ø,50Hz) (5 nos. X 24 months = 120 jobs.)

Annual comprehensive maintenance contract including repair/replacement of all parts for Voltas/Usha make water Cooler at different locations in airport premises complete as per site requirement for following capacity & make (Each one Set/Job per month).

40/50/80 ltrs water Cooler (Usha make) (5Nos. x 24 months= 120 Jobs)

150/150 ltrs water Cooler (Blue Star make) (1 Nos. x 16 months= 16 Jobs)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract including consumable items and all spare parts i/c. membrane etc. of all makes of RO unit at different locations in airport premises complete as per site requirement for following type & capacity (Each Job per month)

25/40 LPH RO unit (5 Nos. x 24 months = 120 Job)

50 LPH RO unit ( 1 No. x 16 months = 1 JOB)

Dismantling, Shifting & Reinstallation of 1.5 / 2.0 /5.0 Ton Capacity of all makes & types of A/C unit in airport premises (Job i/c piping work upto 2 feet, Gas charging etc complete as required ).

Servicing, repairing, rewinding and replacement of defective part like bearings, bushing etc. and also transporting from site to contractors workshop & back to site, testing and commissioning etc. complete as per site requirement for the following motors ( Dismantle material belongs to Contractor)

Ceiling Fan/Wall Fan (1-Phase, 50Hz, 240V AC)

Exhaust fan Up to 450 mm (1-Phase, 50Hz,240V AC )

3 HP to 5 HP pump motor sets (3-Phase, 50Hz,415V AC )

Servicing, repairing and replacement of defective part like Relay, PCB etc. of Electronic voltage stabilizer for AC units including transportation from site to contractor's workshop & back to site. (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

Calibration of CCR & Sensitivity of relay on 4 KW to 20 KW CCR of NASU/AMA make CCR including submitting reports etc., complete as required.

Calibration of PAPI Clinometer etc. complete as required.

Inspection, servicing, setting, testing, adjustment, calibration and submission of calibration certificate of following instruments including minor repairs etc. Complete as per site requirement.

Digital Power Factor (Cos Ø) Meter/frequency meter

Painting of light poles with aluminium paint of (2 coats) of approved brand and make, along with one coat of primer, including cleaning the surface all as required. Painting of each pole will be treated as one job.

Decoration of Terminal building facia with LED serial lighting and RGB pattern lighting on special occasions/nationally important days/festivals as per the requirements shown below - (i) Minimum no. of LED serial lighting - not less than 5000 LED lights. (ii) Pixel Chaser light batten running linearly on the top of the building, ATC tower, entry gate walls for a length of not more than 350 m. (iii) Halogen focus lights (Green or Yellow) for trees around terminal building - 10 Nos. Type of Decoration will be as per the theme of occasions and upto the statisfaction of the Engineer In-charge/Airport Director.

Independence day /Republic day / AAI foundation day / Christmas / New Year (Starting from 18.00 hrs. on the Day before the Occasions to till 06.00 hrs on the day after the Occasions) Each occasion in an year shall be treated as one Job.

Execution of Complete items of CPWD Delhi schedule of rates (E&M) 2018.[Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs. 60,000 without GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the approved make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document.
