Supply of labels for 1000ml packaged drinking water bottle having 56mm width, 263 mm cut length,maximum roll dia of 500 mm,Core I D 152 mm,The label shall be transparent BOPP Thermal Laminating Film only with five colour printing.The thickness of the label shall be minimum 36 micron and maximum 40 micron including an allowable tolerance of +/- 1 micron.Material should conform to BIS standards and of suitable grade for labeling packaged drinking water / mineral water /food stuff.The product quality should be in linewith the label shall be legible & readable and sizes as per BIS standard.The quality of film shall be of high standard to maintain strength for continuous high speed operation, no wrinkles,better pasting on bottles etc.minimum roll diameter shall be arrived as per weight mentioned below. Each label roll have no joint inside and shall be continuous in winding. The label shall be wound tight and level.The packing should be in such a way that label winding shall not shift to sides or become loose while handling.Weight of label of one roll: around 8kg. Cost shall be inclusive of all conveyance and delivery at the factory at Malankara(Idukki) and shall be inclusive of all unloading charges at site
