SUPPLY OF MATERIAL

Supply of AIR CIRCUIT BREAKERS with 800 Amp shall be made out of either 10 SWG (3.25mm thick) cold rolled M.S sheet steel, plates and shaped sections or thermosetting plastic i.e. glass reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound (SMC) conforming IS: 13410-1992 as per the requirements wit with short time current rating of 50KA for 1 sec. Air Circuit Breaker shall conform to IS: 13947 part -2 of 1993 with latest amendments as per requirement

Supply of LT XLPE Cable 1 x 400 sqmm with effectively earthed distribution system for AIR CIRCUIT BREAKERS as per Specification

Supply of crimping type AL lugs 400 mm made of standard copper tube terminals is manufactured from seamless copper tube to BS2871/C106 All terminals are provided with an inspection hole to ensure the conductor is fully inserted before crimping Complete as per Specification

ERECTION/LABOUR WORK

Cartage of the 33 KV VCB,feeder panels(O/D),T/F Control panelr from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points.(Distance 100-150 Km)

Earthing of distribution T/F incuding digging of pit of size 2.5 mtr depth and make hole of size 150mm. Placing of earthing electrode(to be supplied by contractor as per drawing No A) as drawing B, connecting the same with GI strip(to be supplied by contractor) of size 35x6 mm as per drawing C for a minimum length 6 mm, treatment of soil with highly conductive subustance as per IS 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recorded in MB before and after instalation of earthing. the earth resistance after earthing should be less then 1 Ohm.

Laying and erection of LT XLPE CABLE of size 1X400 Sq.mm. etc
