Erection of different type of temporary stall / pandal with strong bamboo posts / salbullah and frame of dia 100 mm with pol ythene / water proof tarpaulin / canvas shade on roof covering with 3 (three) side cover and cloth of different colours as per direction of the authority, if necessary. The height of ceiling not less than 3600 mm. Two numbers bamboo(75 to 100 mm dia ) runner tied with coir rope with the post for hanging of fan and flurecent tube light along the length of Distribution Table .The roof covering with both or one side sloping including hire and labour charges of all materials, man, machineries, carriage and all taxes complete at the site of DC / RC and Counting as per direction of the authority.

Hire and labour chages for 75mm to 100 mm dia bamboo railing on Salbullah or other approved timber / bamboo post 0.60m to 0.90m below G.L. tied strongly with bamboo railing @600cc with coir rope digging holes of posts in any sorts of soil or concrete surface packing the sides etc. including the cost of packing and restoration of damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of the authority 100 mm dia bamboo / Salbullah post @1200 cc

Hire and labour charges for providing ‘Drop gate’ with 15 cm. dia Salbullah length not less than 8.00 m / 10cm. bamboo including hoisting and fitted fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical post (100 mm dia – 02 nos. on each flank embedded 750 mm below G.L.) and providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron black at the fulcrum end providing “Stop” plate and jute rope necessary length etc. complete including dismantling and removing as per direction of the authority

Making barricade with 75mm dia bamboo railing @600cc tying strongly with coir rope including hire and labour charges of materials and carriage and taxes at the site of DC / RC and Counting [maximum height of barricade above 2400mm up to 4000mm]

Erection of barricade inside the Counting Hall with bamboo 1.8m to 2.4m height with necessary horizontal bracing 4 nos. with top 1.0m to 1.2m to be covered by G.I. netting at the side of DC / RC and Counting, including hire and labour charges of all materials and taxes complete

Sealing of windows opening by wooden planks or ply board (not less than 12mm thick ply) over a cover of polythene sheet with necessary battens, screws, nails etc. in Strong Rooms as per direction of the authority including hire and labour charges at the site of DC / RC and Counting

Making wooden platform using stout props and thick hard wood planks (thickness 25 to 30mm) with required bracing and crossing in Strong Room and DC / RC and Counting hall

Preparation of kutcha drain 450x600mm size at different places at the site of DC / RC and counting
