The panel shall be mounted above suitable iron frame including taking out existing Feeder Pillar Box of any description with and including the following:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps 36 KA, 415 Volts - 01 No (b) MCB TPN, 32 Amps 'C' curve, 415 Volts - 04 Nos (c) DOL starter suitable for 5 HP capacity - 2 Nos (d) Star-Delta starter suitable for 7.5 HP capacity - 1 No (e) Multi functional panel energy meter - 01 No (with suitable CTs)

Supply and fix Star delta starter suitable for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase pump set out put at 12.5 to 25 HP including removing the old unserviceable starter from the panel complete all as directed.

Supply and replace of DOL starter three phase, 415 Volt with over load relay suitable for up to 5 HP capacity with sheet steel enclosure complete all as directed.

Supply and fix submersible pump starter suitable for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase submersible pump set of 3 to 7.5 HP capacity, having single phase protection, over / under current protection, digital display, Auto ON / OFF timer control, including mounting on existing arrangements and removing the old unserviceable starter from the panel complete all as directed. Make : Naren Elextrix Model DOLDS With Daily Timer And PFR or equivalent in Crompton / L & T / Havells.

Supply and replacement of Soft Starter suitable for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase motor out put of 10 HP Motor inculding taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L&T of.CSXI series or equivalent make in ABB / Legrand /Scheneider

Supply and Fixing 60 watts LED street light fitting made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate electronic driver compartment with IP66 protection, 6500K with minimum burning hours 50000 Hour, impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells of Cat No. ENDURA PEARL PLUS SL 60W LED 757 SASYTOPC/ LL02-671-XXX-57-XX of Wipro or its equivalent in Philips.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 24V, 180 AH sealed maintenance free generator starting system with SMPS charger, factory charged including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable size / length, with battery stand including taking down unserviceable one from the DG Set complete all as directed. Model AX1013235 of Cummins Pulse Ultra Plus or equivalent in Exide / Amron.

Labour for pressure testing of existing 150 / 100 mm CI / DI / MS water supply network, identifying for leakages for rectifications including replacement of gland packing of sluice valves, rubber insertion packing, nut ,bolts etc of flanged joints / defective flanges etc complete for making the system leak proof complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of T&P such as air compressor for pressure testing etc (b) Earthwork, DI / MS pipe & specials required for rectification if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items BOQ.

Labour only for attending break down of 150 / 100 mm dia CI / DI / MS pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, for the following sizes:- Note 1 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be included the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary Earth Work, labour / trade men for attending break down. M& L for servicing of LT panels of any size by cleaning the panel, bus bar chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing hinges, necessary nut and bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/ close including painting of panel by spraying with two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer, after cleaning of rusty panel surface both inside/ outside by emery paper and necessary preparation of smooth surface suitable for painting and including checking of incoming and outgoing connections, Re-fixing of existing ACBs & MCCBs, testing & commissioning, connected PCC & frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring with suitable size of FRLS copper cable but not less than 1.5 Sqmm, replacing of various unserviceable ON/ OFF switches, lugs etc making the panel fully functional Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Taking down existing electric motor 3 phase 415V 50 cycles AC from foundations bed / coupling opening the motor taking to workshop and removing the burnt windings cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and same no of turns of existing make insulating winding with existing class of insulation varnishing baking up including supply and replacement of base foundation nuts bolts same to site and re-installation of motor with suitable packing materials and connecting to the pump, testing the motor satisfactory performance for the up to 5 HP capacity and any make of the motor :- Note : The quoted rate deemed to inclusive of replacement of Bearings etc.

M &L for dismantling Monoblock / centrifugal pump coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz of 3 to 5 HP capacity from the foundation bed for repairs by removing the coupling and foundation bolts etc.dismantling the complete pump and separate the serviceable and unserviceable parts, replace the unserviceable parts/spares, reassembling and reinstall the pump with necessary bolts nuts and washers including cleaning and removing the scales and replacement of spare parts like impeller nut, keys, lock washer, gasket and greasing, reassembling coupling in position testing and commissioning in the pump set up to satisfaction level complete all as directed. Make : Havells cat part no LHSTAKU7CBAF030 / Sukam Solar model no Sunway LI 14 as approved by GE. Note : Contractor will submit guarantee / warranty certificate from manufacturer.

Jungle / Area Cleaning by using JCB / BOBCAT for removing bushes / thick vegetation around the pump house, installations, along the pipelines to find out the leakages, levelling the area without damaging the pipelines / Cable network / Pedestals of pipelines / buildings including disposal of the vegetation / debris material up to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repairs for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as a surface hard standing/ base foundation for the pipelines/Chlorine plant including necessary form work complete all as specified. (Note:- Quoted rates is inclusive levelling surface as per direction of EIC complete)

M & L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4, including taking down old / broken padestals complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete or brick surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces / old surfaces of ceiling / walls and applying three coats of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix FRP Composite OHT / UG Water Tank Cover of size 90 cm x 90 cm made of standard designs conforming to IS:1726-1991, having load bearing of 2.5 TON including frame complete all as specified and directed
