Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-40 garde of approved make,design ,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc.Complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size of approved quality and from approved quarry including rounding the corners including, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, and curing with cost conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, M.S Windows, M.S. Grills ,M.S. Grill Gate and Collapsible Gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structure including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with CC (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
