The candidates who have undergone training from the bidding coaching institute (for prelims/ mains/ test series/essay writing) must be selected for UPSC (IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS etc.,) Services in the last 3 UPSC Notifications
Coaching institution should have trained students in training course (for prelims/ mains/ test series/ essay writing) for UPSC examinations in the last 3 years
Coaching institution should also be providing online mode coaching for UPSC civil services pre - examinations training courses from the last 5 years
The Bidder/Coaching Institute should be registered under Company Act/ Trust Act/ Societies Registration Act/ Partnership Act/ Proprietorship Act are eligible to apply. The Bidder should also have one of its branch registered offices in Bengaluru, Karnataka. (Mandatory document)
Coaching Institute should have 5 faculty with min 5+ years of experience, They should be on rolls of the institute as on date of bid application
Coaching institutions must have own set of study materials along with good quality of the content.
The bidding firm should have physical infrastructure studio in its own name for streaming of live sessions
The Bidding Firm should have its own Digital online platform with 1. Doubt resolution system with physical mentor or AI based system with Active doubt resolution. 2. Ability to provide study planner as per student need 3. Have a Syllabus Tracker cum progress Tracker for every student 4.Test on demand for Prelims and Mains, other than standard in class test 5. PYQs for Prelims and Mains for last 10 years available 24x7
Coaching institution should have technician who is capable to handle smart class, online management information system, android and website apps
Coaching Institution should have a turnover of Average of Rs 5 Crore per year during the last three years, i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24, & 2024-25 (Mandatory Clause)
