Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Filling with coarse sand in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all peraitonal, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for fnished item of work etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard, machine crushed granite from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site including all charges for machine mixing and hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete to the required level curing etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Brick Masonry in CM (1:4) with Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Plastering with CM (1:3), 12 mm thick using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Supply of quarried stone and hand breaking into coarse aggregate to Grading 2 (63 mm to 45 mm) as per Table 400.8 of Technical Specifications of MORD / 400-7 of MORTH including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of all labour charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Supply of quarried stone and hand breaking into coarse aggregate to 40 mm nominal size (passing 63 mm retained 20mm sieve) & stacking as directed including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of all labour charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Supply of quarried stone and hand breaking into coarse aggregate to 20 mm nominal size (passing 40 mm sieve) & stacking as directed including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost of all labour charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
