The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.
GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills
In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/C
Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement
consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
All work shall be carried out as per P.W.D. Hand Book and other specification of the Division or as directed.
All the columns in the Schedule be filled in ink and the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the contractor under his signature.
Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close) in all respects and hold good for work under all conditions, site
moisture, weather etc.
The contractor shall exhibit the details of work, tender amount, specifications as per Govt. circular No. BDG / 3277 / 1657 Dated. 26-4-1978 and
G.R. No. TNC/ 1090-24 C, Dated. 18-11-91 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge on the work site for which contactor
In R.C.C. item where there is change of grade mix orchange as per actual mix design the difference of of cement consumption shall be added /
deducted from rate of original item at the rate of star rate mentioned in the tender.
For earthquake resistance provision the works shall be carried cut as per the intruction of Engineer in charge.
The other conditions of Schedule "B" will remain unchanged.
