Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Providing and fixing of Lighting arrestor/ mast suitable for 33KV Line

Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-inpipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.I. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size, as mentioned below With 3 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing, Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 Micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 50 kg (two bag) back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level

Providing and fixing of rectangular PVC sleeves

Providing and laying of GI tape 32mm X 6mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required

Providing and fixing of post insulator
