Dismantling of suction system of 300mm dia. at Lift Irrigation Scheme Achabal Ist which includes foot valves, bends, and vertical pipe pieces at site by manual means and repairing of same by means of welding. The welding is to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes DG set, Tata mobile, welding set and superior quality electrodes of make Adore/ Advani/ Essab, skilled workers and includes removing of abrasive material and finishing of welding spots. The job includes repairing of three spots of suction pipe pieces near flanges. The job includes dismantling of 300mm dia. foot valve at site and repairing of same by way of welding to flap hinges and MS strainer includes providing and fitting of foot valve washer as per requirement. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber gaskets of 300mm dia. (03 No.) and nut bolts (5 Kgs). After repairing, fitting of suction system complete and testing of same. All transportation/tools and tackles shall be arranged by firm to complete the job in a one go.
Providing and fitting of tail piece of length 4feet fabricated out of MS pipe of dia. 300mm and thickness 6mm flanged both ends by required welding complete in all respects.

The job includes dismantling of 300mm dia. foot valve at site, modification/repairing of same by way of welding to body includes providing and fitting of foot valve washer as per requirement. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber gaskets of 300mm dia (01 No.) and nut bolts (4 Kgs). The job also includes providing and fitting of Pallimative packing 500gm. After repairing, complete fitting of suction system which includes bends, pipe pieces, foot valve etc. and testing of same successfully. All transportation/tools and tackles shall be arranged by firm to complete the job in a one go.
Providing and fitting of MS tail piece of length One Meter fabricated out of MS pipe of 300mm NB and thickness 6mm flanged both ends by required welding complete in all respects including nut bolts, gaskets and leak proof solution.
