Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable bricks and debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters n.exc. 1.50 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of wet or dry garbage from existing garbage bins and washing of floor or wall of garbage bins to make suitable for working inside of garbage bins including cleaning of sorounding grass/bushes etc. and removal of the garbage/grass/waste material from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position including removing debris from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in panels including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including forming costruction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of group 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor or pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including finish the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, plinth course, bands, stops etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls exc one brick but n. exc two brick built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as required including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash brick, modular size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1.60mm mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding work in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of mild steel members to be welded not exc. 6mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including necessary excavation works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in dado complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinch chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
