INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, 7 tank process, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 Set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 09 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz-09 Nos Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

ROAD/ PATH/ CULVERT

Material and labour for stone kerb of roughly squared lime or granite or trap stone of size 450mm x 300mm x 75mm, for rest of all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for construction of septic tank for 50 users, designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 foundation, brickwork in CM 1:4, RCC slab cover, RCC precast manhole covers having 6mm MS plate in embedded all around/ fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame with vent shaft, sludge chambers etc. complete all as shown on drawing No. CEAA/TD/78, sheet 1/2 and sheet 2/2 and as specified and and directed.

Material and labour for construction of septic tank for 150 users, designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 foundation, brickwork in CM 1:4, RCC slab cover, RCC precast manhole covers having 6mm MS plate in embedded all around/ fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame with vent shaft, sludge chambers etc. complete all as shown on drawing No. CEAA/TD/79, sheet 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 and as specified and and directed.

Construction of soakage wells of 2.4 metre dia and 3 metre depth, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/ DWC complete all as shown on drawing No. CEAA/TD/80, sheet 1/2 and sheet 2/2 and as specified and directed.

Construction of soakage wells of 3 metre dia and 4.5 metre depth, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/ DWC complete all as shown on drawing No. CEAA/TD/80, sheet 1/2 and sheet 2/2 and as specified and directed.

FENCING AND GATE

Material and labour for construction of steel wicket gate with brick pillar, 1.5 metre wide, including necessary excavation and earthwork in soft/ loose soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation for brick pillar, painting to steel surface, removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed as shwon in TD drawing

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for cutting GI tubing of 50 mm dia and inserting new Tee for connection complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of size 60 x 60 x 90 cm with stone masonry built in CM (1:6) with MS cover 3 mm thick, and locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, foundation using cement concrete type C2 1:3:6, and PCC 1:2:4 bed/ coping, plastering in cement mortar 1:3, including painting with two coat of bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing no. CEAA/TD/57.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of LT panel duly powder coated of suitable size, outdoor cubicle type, factory made, weather and vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm (outdoor type) thick machine pressed CPRI approved with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete and suitable for 415 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 strip having insulated aluminium bus bar 400 Amps from pole with openable double shutter on both sides (rear and front side) with locking arrangment duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with proper size copper lugs/ thimbles and connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bended and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts and washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including the following accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for connecting PVC insulated three core copper conductor, multistranded, of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 Volts, drawn through LT steel tubular poles for connection to street light from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix junction box of size 295 x 195 x 100 mm outdoor type, IP 65, made out of MS sheet 16 WG with locking arrangements and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, consistng of aluminium bus bar strip of suitable size, 4 nos. porcelain insulator and provision of incoming/ outgoing cables with gromets, including one no. 6 Amps MCB SP complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road not less than 0.6 metre depth and 90 mm dia hole by trenchless manual boring using augar and laying of necessary GI pipe of 80mm dia including all jointing and cable pulling complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and fix 4 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 kg light-weight squeeze grip CO2 type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with CO2 gas filled in brand new seamless cylinder with powder coated finish, made out of Manganese steel with wheel type valve, discharge nozzle, bend and horn, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 litre mechanical foam type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted with gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, hose and ABS type branch pipe and wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized mild steel fire bucket (filled with dry sand) conforming to IS 2546: 1974 round bottom type enamel painted, white inside and red outside and letters "FIRE" in black outside and handle with mounting bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 300 mm X 150 mm reading "EXIT" in 12.5 mm block letters in green and white background, properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each staircase and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 450 mm X 150 mm reading "FIRE EXTINGUISHER" in 12.5 mm block letters in white and red background, , properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each Manual call point/ Fire Extinguisher and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CL#150 rated three-piece design 25 mm NB cast steel (CS) straight pattern ball valve, conforming to IS 9890: 1981 and tested as per BS 6755-1, having cast iron body, stainless steel AISI 304 ball, renewable PTFE seat and gland packing, CS fastners and lever having screwed/ socket weld end connection with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 1100 Volts grade 3 core, 6 mm² copper conductor, XLPE armoured cable conforming to IS 7098-1: 1988, having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductors as per CI. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/ wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831-1984, icluding necessary clamping/ dressing with cable ties and termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PN 1.6 rated air vent valve having brass body, cover, adopter, disc assembly and cap, stainless steel strainer, plastic float and 25 mm screwed threaded ends suitable for maximum operating temperature 100 ˚C installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air with necessary accesories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix orifice plate made out of 6 mm thick SS 304 with orifice of required size to be fitted between flange and landing valve of external and internal hydrants to reduce pressure at the outlet to the level of 3.5 kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.
