S&F in repair, the existing panel board outdoor/indoor, fixed to the wall / platform/pole etc by replacement of old unserviceable items i.e. MCCB/MCB/Voltmeter/Ampemeter/PT/CT/Indicators etc from panel and making new electric connections with multistandard copper cable of suitable size with lugs , welding of broken portion of panel, providing of new hinges after removing old broken hinges, handle including painting of outdoor/ indoor any type, any size and any make of panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to external surface of panels complete etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Replacement of unserviceable items i.e. MCCB/MCB/ Voltmeter/ Ampemeter/PT/CT/Indicators etc will be measured and paid separately

Taking down MCCB 63 Amps to 400 Amps from the existing panel complete etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing MCCB 200 Amps, 415 volts AC with breaking capacity 36 KA, four pole complete etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying Jodhpur stone patti for cable protection of lenth between 55 to 60 cm but width between 25 to 30 cm thicknes not less than 5 cm complete as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable patti and complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches falling on overhead head lines( HT/LT)after arranging electrical shutdown from department or RSEB including taking all precautions while working on lines complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The length of span between two poles shall be measured in which trees are falling on overhead electric conductors. (ii) Required T & P will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply and fix LT 1100V pin type porcelain/ vitreous china, white, brown, or green insulator hight 100 mm, 65mm dia, 1100 V grade incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete [ISI marked] complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix LT 1100V shackle type porcelain/ vitreous white, 75mm height 90mm dia incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, washer insulator bolt & GI nut complete ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : BHEL, Modern.

M & L for painting of PCC LT poles in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and yellow colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including writing in 80 mm wide letters/ numberss in both side of pole MES, LT and pole number complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserveceable prestressed cement concrete pole M&L for prestressed cement concrete pole 9 metre long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom (or nearest higher size as approved by State Electricity Board), Class-10 conforming to IS-1678-1998, over and including marking alternate white and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & Pole numbers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of stay complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for pole / stay assy incl necessary form work & finishing concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanized stay plate 23cm x23cmx6mm , MS galvanised stay rod 16 mm dia with nut 215 cm long , MS galvanised stay bow 40cm long with 2 Nos galvanized thimbles with and including all fittings all as specified in SSR 1991 Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation , PCC for foundation, loop type insulator to be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fix insulator, loop type, porcelain vitreous , white or brown with overall dimensions of 65 x 90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for galvanised stay strand 7/2.24mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
