REPAIR TO CEILING FANS Taking down carefully (dismantling) ceiling fan of any sweep and size and dismantling blades, opening up for inspection, making joint list of defects and worn out parts to be replaced, jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and contractor transporting to work shop if reqd for repairs, reassembling after repairs including replacement of spares and transportation back to store yard for inspection including hanging, fixing and connecting up and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Necessary repair shall be measured & paid for separately. Also spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items. 2. Fans under repair shall be issued through gate pass.

Supply only ball bearing of existing size suitable for ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep of different makes including necessary greasing all as directed.

Supply only gun metal bush of existing size suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm.

Supply only capacitor 2.5/2.75 MFD .

Supply only capacitor capacity 3.15 MFD.

Supply only celing fan down rod 15 mm bore, 300 mm long, factory made, colour brown/ white complete.

Supply only celing fan down rod 15 mm bore, 400 mm long, factory made, colour brown/ white complete.

Supply only blade of 1200 mm sweep of ceiling fan.

Supply only blade of 1400 mm sweep of ceiling fan.

Material and labour for Painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white/ brown) by spraying to steel surfaces of ceiling fan 1200mm /1400mm sweep including blades complete after preparation of surfaces including filling cavities with filler, cleaning dust and dirt etc and writing the MES number/ SM Numbers with black paint on fans all as directed.

Supply only Ceiling fan U clamp with rubber real insulator with nut bolts of size 10mm dia & 75mm long including necessary washers & split pin all as specified.

Supply only upper and lower canopy of plastic with steel screw suitable for fan 1200/1400mm sweep.

Material and replacement of flexible cord copper conductor of size 0.75 Sqmm, twin core, flat cable for connection to fans from ceiling roses complete as in repair all as specified.

Opening/ dismantling of ceilig fans any make/model of size 1200 mm sweep cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding /material by any means and M&L for re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan recommended quality grease/oil, re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening /dismantling of ceilig fans any make/model of size 1400 mm sweep cutting and taking out old burnt/damaged winding /material by any means and M&L for re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing/same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan recommended quality grease/oil, re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only rotor of ceiling fan 1400mm sweep all as directed.

Supply only rotor of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep all as directed.

S&F in replacement of electronic fan regulator step, 250V flush type on the exiting phenolic laminated sheet complete all as directed.

Rewinding motor of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of existing specification, gauge and weight including insulating material all as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 20.00 above but of exhaust fan 380 mm sweep.

All as per Srl item No. 20.00 above but of exhaust fan 350 mm sweep.

All as per Srl item No. 20.00 above but of exhaust fan 300 mm sweep.

All as per Srl item No. 20.00 above but of exhaust fan 250/230 mm sweep.

Supply only capacitor capacity 4.00 MFD.

Supply only ball bearing as per existing size suitable for exhaust fan 380/450mm sweep including necessary greasing all as directed.

Supply only ball bearing as per existing size suitable for exhaust fan 200 to 350mm sweep including necessary greasing all as directed.

Supply only mounting legs with rubber bush suitable for any type of exhaust fan complete all as specifed.

Supply and replacement of MS sheet 1.00 mm thick, louver shutter for exhaust fan suitable size for 350mm to 450mm sweep with all accessories, fixing on wall complete all as directed.

REPAIR TO AIR CIRCULATOR/ PEDESTAL FAN Taking down carefully (dismantling) Air circulator / Pedestal fan of any sweep and size, dismantling blades, opening up for inspection, making joint inventories of defects and worn out parts to be replaced jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and contractor transporting to work shop if reqd for repair, reassembling after repairs and replacement of spares sealing cable ends and transportation back to store yard for inspection including fixing and connecting up and testing etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Necessary repair shall be measured & paid for separately. Spare parts shall also be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item. 2. Air circulator under repair shall be issued through gate pass.

Rewinding motor of Air Circulator up to 450 mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of existing specification, gauge and weight including insulating material all as directed.

Rewinding motor of Air Circulator 500 to 600 mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of existing specification, gauge and weight including insulating material all as directed.

Supply only ball bearing of existing size suitable for Air circulator up to 450 mm sweep including necessary greasing all as directed.

Supply only ball bearing of existing size suitable for Air circulator 500 to 600 mm sweep including necessary greasing all as directed.

Supply only gun metal bush of existing size suitable for Air circulator complete all as specified.

Supply only Plug top 6 Amps, 3 pin, ISI marked as in replacement.

Repair to Geysers Disconnecting electric/water supply connections, dismantling (taking out/down) geyser (storage type water heaters) vertical or horizontal type, 25 to 35 Litres capacity, any make, any model opening up to detect faults, defective and unserviceable parts/spares/ instruments/ equipments etc., making joint inventories by both EIC and Contractor transporting to workshop if reqd for repairs, reassembling after repairs, replacement of spare parts and overhauling, descaling, transporting back to site for inspection and installing and fixing in its original position including painting with spray gun one coat of Duco paint, writing MES No./Machine No., filling with glass wool, commissioning, testing and brazing to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified. Notes: (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective items of this schedule (in replacement on requirement basis). These shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. (b) Items indicated as "Supply and replace" are out side the scope of this item. (c) Unit rates quoted by tenderers shall deem to include for nuts, bolts, washers, lugs, thimbles, wires and petty items/ works required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment without any extra cost.

Supply only 15 mm dia non return valve of gun metal for geysers as in replacement complete all as specified.

Note: 1. Necessary repair shall be measured & paid for separately. 2. Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item. 3. Wall mounting fan under repair shall be issued through gate pass.

Supply only electrical motor suitable for wall mounting fan of size up to 300mm sweep.

Supply only electrical motor suitable for wall mounting fan of size 350 to 450 mm sweep.

Supply only blade any size of sweep duly fitted in the frame complete.
