PREPARATION OF DPR FOR PROVN OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT SARAIBARI IN JORHAT MIL STN

1. Consultancy Services for Design of Central Sewage Network including Topographical Survey of Approx 81 Acres for finalization of the location of STP starting from manholes as per the following scope:- (a) Topographical and Contour Survey in the following areas using Total Station and DGPS which includes the following deliverables / devices :- (i) Grid levels at 5m x 5m grid interval in XLSX format. (ii) Topographical plan with all necessary dimensions & details in soft copy (DWG) and in hard copy in 1:1000 scale (A0- 08 Copies) having following details :- (aa) Land use Details : Demarcating high vegetation area, cultivation area viz, agricultural, residential, commericial, residential, shops & business areas etc. (ab) Existing Road Detals : Entire road network with Road edges marked (3D polyline). (ac) Crossing Details : CD Structures, Water path etc. (ad) Cultural Details : Places such worship, graveyard etc. (ae) Hydro Details : Ponds, Tanks, lakes, streams, canals etc. (af) Contour:Contour at 0.5m interval or better (or as found suitable as per site condition (ag) Boundary Demarcation : Boundary wall of existing facility will be demarcated and marked in layout drawing. Topographical plan with all necessary dimensions & details without levels in hardcopy in 1:1000 scale (A0 -02 Sets) (ah) L-Section at desired route (as suggested by engineer in Charge) for each planned route to STP in hard copy showing chainage interval at 10m (A3/A2 -08 Sets) in hard and soft copy. (aj) Cross Section at 10m chainage interval (or as suggested by Engineer in Charge ) for each planned route in hard copy (A3/A4 sheet -08 sets).

(iii) Preliminary field data collection. (iv) Preparation of Sewer network showing GL/IL. (v) Calcualtion of Sewage generation. (vi) Tertiary treatment with reuse for flushing or arrangement or effluent in nearby natural souce. Collection and testing of sewage sample. (Sewage characteristics at the outlet shall be as per Appx "A" att.) (vii) Design and drawing of MBBR system sewage treatment plant. (viii) Carrying out Soil Investigation as per relevent IS codes complete all as specified and directed including the following:- (aa) Boring 150 mm dia hole at various locations shown at site by Engr-in-Charge in any kind of soil but excluding rock,collection of undisturbed sample at every 1.00 mtr depth,collection of disturbed sample at suitable depth as required at site conducting standerd penetration test as per relevent IS at an interval of 1.50m as under:- (aaa) Up to depth 10m bore holes. (ab) Carring out the following laboratory tests on the soil for sample as per IS code (total qty 3) (aaa) Sieve analysis and hydrometer tests for identification and classification of soil based on properties and size. (aab) Specific gravity of the soil. (aac) Studies of settlement characteristics of soil based on consolidation tests and liquid and plastic limits. (aad) Stratification of soil for entire depth of bore log including ground water table locations and other properties. Evacuations of sheer parameters on undisturbed soil samples by adopting direct sheer test. (aae) Natural moisture Content (NMC) void ratio and porosity . Tri axial and bulk, submerged and dry density of the soil.

(ac) Plate load test at appropriate depth to evaluate modules os sub grade reaction as per relevent IS. (ad) Compilation of IS report as per IS VIX .Field and laboratory test result, preparation of reports,recommendation for different type of foundation,water table with clear unambigous recommendation for types of foundation for all structures with bearing capacity/pile capacities. (ae) Submission of all report booklets 05 (Five copies with CD-01(one)copy duly indicating the following: (aaa) Specific suggestion if any for soil treatment if required below foundation /ground floor (aab) Bore diagram duly showing the different layers of strata met alongwith thier depths and N values. (aac) Evaluation of liquefaction potential. (aad) SBC report to be vetted from Govt Engineering Collage/NIIT/IIT. (xi) Design of Civil viz sump, Tanks, Pump House and related works. (x) Design of Recirculaton system of treated water gor gardening and arboriculture etc. (xi) Preparation of detailed BOQ & Estimate as per SSR 2020 and submission of report. (xii) Vetting of complete design and drawing from NIT/IIT (wherever applicable as per BOQ). (xiii) Submission of Particular Specificaions. (xiv) Specification of mech and elect eqpt requires to be used in STP. (xv) Preparaion of Bill of quantities, detailed estimate etc of this proposed project scheme. (xvi) L section sewer line (xvii) Brief and latest specifications of STP as per the latest guide line of STP. (xviii) Location type design of manholes, intercepted sump well/lift well.

All above documents to be submitted in Triplicate. Note :- (a) Approx Area - 81 Acre (b) Any other item/component not mentioned here but required technically for optimum functioning of the plant, shall also be included, along with list of two years normal maintenance spares. (c) The concultancy or their auth is required to visit all concerned sections of this HQ prior to submission of above bid, for settlement of any observation/ambiguity arising out which require clarification to maintain optimum functioning of the plant system. (d) Water supplies in Saraibari, Jorhat locality- 150 KLD. Capacity of STP may be design accordingly.
