S&F 35 mm thick Second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamferesd or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing wiremesh etc. are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed

The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified.

M & L 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides

S & F 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square in exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

PVC. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the PVC frame sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed. Supply MS suspension shaft of 40 to 50 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed..

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion , depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs measured from the face of jamb in the wall exceeding half brick work but not exc one brick complete all as specified and directed.
