CERTAIN REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT INCLUDING MINOR REPAIR ETC AT NAGTALALO UNDER GE BANAR

Taking down existing roof treatment in any postion and any thickness on RCC roof slab and debries to be disposed out of MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for roof treatement in the following stages :-(a) 10 mm thick cement mortoar (1:4) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 ltr per sqm . (b) Second coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm . (c) Third layer of 2 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane of 100 microne HMHDPE outer film 20 microne having Minimun weight 2.80 to 3.00 Kg/Sqm with 100 mm sides overlap & end overlap 150 mm. (d) Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702 of grade 85/25 for finishing the overlap joints etc.@ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on top surface in padding ,well compected and making groove 10mm wide X35 mm deep at a distance of 600 mm both side and filled with mastic bitumen in ratio 1:1( sand : bitumen) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Asian Paints or Equivalent

M&L for 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces and applying two coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage /seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : (i) Quated rate shall be deemed to be included for the work in building/ structure of any height. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed from one of the following manufacturers approved by GE : M/S Asian paints Ltd (Damp proof ultra) or equivalent

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 liter , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hoisting if required reconnecting & refixing in position and Cleaning & removing all scale & dirt, etc., from tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item above exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 liter tank complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping / roof padding for tank platform etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks capacity 500 ltrs (cylendrical vertical with closed top )hoisted and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks capacity 1000 ltrs (cylendrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed.(Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified.

Taking down steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified.
