M & L Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with crused and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-10 grade paving bitumen ( 4% by weight of total mix) to meet the desired requirement as mentioned in mechanical mixer(Mixol) laying and spreading uniformly by means of manually and rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 10 tonne vibratory/power raod roller.

Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with Paving bitumen bituminous primer of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sq meters by manual sprayer etc complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed carpet, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 0.41 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.9 kg of binder of VG-10 grade with using mechanical mixer (Mixol), rolled & compacted to required camber & gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller & vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as spd and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of bitumin grade VG-10, @5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed with 8 to 10 tonne roller and sealed with binder bitumin grade VG-10, 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 tonne roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal n exc 100 m complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab to set paving of any description or thickness and laid dry or laid dry and pointed and removing serviceable stone/paver to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and laid dry or laid dry and ponted and removing serviceable stone/paver to store complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any size and shape confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment set over sand cushioning as specified and directed.

M & L for refixing machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any size and shape confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment set over sand cushioning as specified and directed. Note :- Old tiles retrieved from item No. 10 here-in-before shall be used.

Providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

S & F in repair Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator madeout of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old/new black top surface of road and applying evenly a coat of reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2mm thick (white or yellow) for longer durabililty and material shall be conforming to MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification with special applicator machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F SGS circular convex type with high quality acrylic of polycarbonate ( scratch resistant and unbreakable) security mirror complete all as specified and directed. Note : SGS circular mirror shall be of 1st quality & ISI marked.
