E) Concrete Grade 1:1.5:3 and MSA-20 mm

Providing,cutting,bending,binding and fixing in posion as

per drawing TMT bar reinforcement for RCC works and

7 anchor bar incl.cost of black anneaded 16 to 18 BWG MS 2.378 MT 76574

wire etc.complete with all lead and lift

Back filling with appropriate excavated material behind

the structures or refilling the trenches with excavated

useful material including watering ramming,

consolidation etc complete with all lead and lift.

Providing,Supplying lowering and laying ISI Standard RCC

NP3 Class pipes in standard length of Following diameter

suitable for either collar joint or per rubber ring joint

including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight

charges octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading

conveyance to site and jointing in proper position grade

9 and alignment as directed by engineer in charge 29.28 Rmt 1535

including all labour giving hydraulic testing as per IS

code.Note:One collar should be supplied with each full

length plain ended RCC pipe cost included in rates below

one rubber ring should be supplied with each full length

socketed pipe cost included in rates below(D) 450 mm

2) The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1 % of work done.

3) GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payment of bill.

4) In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per

Govt.G.R.NO.:MIS102010/17/K1Dated:30/07/2018as stated in S.O.R. therefore in

R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of

cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate

mentioned in all the tender.

5) All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and other

specifications of Division or as directed

6) Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close) in all

respects and hold good for work under all conditions, site, moisture, weather etc.To be
