Required1. Bidder should have an experience of supplying the similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any reputed organization and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as Performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

Required2. Bidder shall quote for ROTEX/BDK/BRAY/DUNCAN/NUCON/JANATICS/VAAS/VTORK make for Item no:1 and the quoted make should be mentioned in the uploaded documents, otherwise bid will not be considered for opening of price bid.

Required3. Bidder should accept to supply Item no:1 along with extra set of seal kit that suits the actuator being supplied.

Required4. The supplied Item no:2 must be fully compatible with the existing BDK make field pneumatic actuators.

Required5. Bidder should accept to incorporate Sample Approval Clause in Purchase Order

RequiredBidder should upload quotation without price on their letter head mentioning offered material (with make for Item no:1), HSN code and updated GST rate against each item.
