Provision & Installation of Solar Powered submersible Auto run & Stop DC Pump Motor (900 Wp)of stainless steel suitable for minimum 125mmx115mm bore well operating head 60.00m discharge rate minimum 2000 LPH with lowering up to 57.00m suitable dia HDPE pipe &2.5sq mm x3core flat submersible cable of IS694:1190 including monol /Poly Crystalline PVC array (900WP) mounted on steel structure for storage water tank (5.00mhigh)in a suitable direction to optimize panel uses and withstand the wind pressure up to 200 Km /hour &making suitable arrangements to operated Hand pump manually in the same bore when there is no solar power including 5 years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship with locking arrangement of switch board . the system should be ECO-friendly. (a)The PVC Modules should be mounted on hot dip galvanized metallic structure of adequate strength &appropriate design. (b)Components &parts used in the solar pumping system including the metallic structure (MS)should confirm to the BIS (c)The rates are pumping system includes compressive maintenance contract for 5 years . During CMC period the contractor has to visit the installation on quality basis and also on intimation of Defect from user . During CMC Contractor shall have to repair /replace the parts found defective due to manufacturing defect free of cost. (d)Max-m shut off head 120.00meter. (e)Discharge 5000liters per day for 90.00m Dynamic head (f)Cable 2.5mmx3core as per IS 694 (g)Control panel suitable for above pumpset with arrangement of dry run protection ,sensor, float switch &rain preventive box etc. (h)Lighting arrestor. Carrying out recuparation/ Yeild test for ascertaining the discharge of constructed well/ excavetad profile as directed by the EIC. The test carried out by the drawing down water from the well/ profile below normal/subsoil water level upto full depth rise is recorded the normal water level/ sub soil water level in the well/ profile as well as strainer/ level at pump as per design of W.S. Scheme shall be recorded prior to the test including cost of all materials, Over Load, Labours etc complete as directed

Supplying all labours, tools & equipments for dismnatling of head and water tank asseby and taking out 32 mm dia old G.I. pipe, connectiong Road, clylinder assembly the dismnatled components after necessary changing for making the T/W in good condition with all transportation including unused taken out materials back in store all complete job as per direction of E/I.

Supplying all tools equipments and labour and lowing 32 mm dia medium quality G.I. Pipe in drilled T/W in 3 Mtrs. Length all complete as per dirction E/I including carriage of materials. (SOR DWSDPage No.- 66-135)

Supplying all tools, labour for fitting and fixing deep well cylinder with necessary connecting rod complete job as per specification & direction of E/I including carriage of materials. (SOR DWSDPage No.- 66-136)
