1.0 HIWALL SPLIT UNITS WITH AIR COOLED CONDENSING UNITS

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of MICROPROSSER BASED air cooled INVERTER Split

Air Conditioning units as specified; each unit shall comprise of separate Indoor and outdoor unit as under

Indoor (fan coil) unit shall be ceiling suspended/Wall mounted type comprising of DX coil with finned

copper tubes, centrifugal Fan unit with motor; fan unit shall have proper insulated and leak proof

condensate base connected to drain piping with suitable trap and laid up to nearest drain point designed to

ensure zero leakage; the fan assembly shall be dynamically balance for low vibration and low noise type

design. Fan Discharge shall be provided with Discharge damper/Fire proof flexible canvass and included in

the Indoor Unit

The outdoor (condensing unit) shall be of Corrosion resistant Galvanized powder coated or equivalent Sheet

steel low vibration assembly installed on suitable vibration isolators and comprising of energy efficient

INVERTER Scroll compressor with controls such as thermal protector, HP/LP cutouts, Pressure relief valve;

the outdor unit shall also comprise of finned tube air cooled condenser and condenser fan unit; the units

shall have integral refrigerant copper piping within compressor and condenser and accessories such as

refrigerant shutoff valves at compressor / compressors and liquid refrigerant outlet if required & filter dryer;

Cooling fans shall have protective metal frame.

The Outdoor units within Shaft and on Terrace shall be installed on MS angle iron frame duly corrossion

proof painted and supplied as welded structure which shall be securely grouted on floor and duly painted

with anti-corrosive paint; the frame shall be isolated from floor through adequate vibration isolation; price

shall be inclusive of items as specified and as above

1.1 HI-WALL INVERTER SPLIT

1.4 Drain pump working on syphon concept complete with mini storage tank, level sensor, accessories complete 23 Nos

1.5 REFRIGERANT / DRAIN PIPING AND ACCESSORIES

Design, Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Refrigerant copper piping duly charged with

Green Refrigerant (as per recommended quantity) Refrigerant insulated with manufacturer recommended

thickness closed cell electrometric Nitrile Rubber covered with Aluminum Foil interconnecting indoor &

outdoor unit and accessories such as refrigerant shutoff valves at compressor and liquid refrigerant outlet.

Metallic foil membrane shall be applied to provide resistance against breakdown due to UV radiation for

exposed portion of the Rubber Insulation. All piping insulation shall be covered with UV barrior and further

with antifungal lag coating

ODP values of the offered Refrigerant shall be submitted along with the Bid duly documented from factory

The refrigerant piping shall be considered for 15 RMT and laid with proper supports as required.

1.6 Insulated Drain Piping

Upvc drain pipe with 6 mm thick Nirile insulation for Coil Condensate as specified with all required

connectors, bends, couplings, drain trap, required bend and fittings, vertically terminated to nearest draip

point with adequate slope and SS Clamped supporting and routed as per layout – RMT rates shall include

supporting materials and UV coating for any portion exposed to Sun

and ducting for following gauges as specified (Contractor to keep all duct ends covered during installation

to prevent ingress of dust and derbis); Supply and installation of GSS, Pre fabricated from CNC Machines &

RTV Sealed rectangular ducts (for entire project except suite-pieces/connection pieces) supplied as per IS:277

(MIn 120 GSM) and fabricated EITHER as per TDC/TDF design OR as per IS:655, complete with MS flanges

and bracing (as specifed), Trapeeze ty pe MS Angle Supports for Ducting using fully threaded GI roads (as

directed with bottom horizontal support Angles and Rods adequately sized to prevent sagging under all

conditions) and anchor bolts, supply air collars, vanes, spli tters dampers duly painting of the ducts and as

per specification; ( Factory-fabricated ducting should come in box section & not in L sections); Ducting shallbe

4 THERMAL & ACOUSTIC INSULATION WORKS

4.1 DUCT Thermal Insulation Works with Approved make Elastomeric nitrile rubber 40-60 kg/m3 with thermal

conditivity < 0.035 W/m°K at an average temperature of 0°C; Fire Propagation compliance as per BS476 Part

6 to meet the Class ‘O’ Fire category (without Al/outer metalic foil); Water vapour permeability shall not

exceed 0.017 Perm inch (2.48 x 10-14 Kg/m.s.Pa), Non VOC Water based Adhesive and the entire process of

Application shall be as recommended by Mfr.

4.1.1 TFA exposed ducting 50 mm thick insulation Supply Ducting additionally sealed with 50mm x 3 mm 1 M2

5 ACCOUSTIC INSULATION

5.1.1 Supply and fixing of anti microbial/antifungal acoustic lining inside sheet metal ducts / IDU body using 140- 1 M2

180 kg/m3 Approved Make with Microban, having thickness specified below, conforming to Class 1 - BS

applied with Approved make adhesive (having less then max. permissibleVoC content as per GRIHA/Green

Rating System) as specified with10 mm thick ACoustic lining with Microban; Duct acoustic lining should be

done while the ducts are still on floor, not after installing ducts in position

8.2 Fire retardant coating

9.0 Minor civil works required to complete the HVAC job. Includes core cutting in RCC for Pipe sleeve

provision / Mounting, grouting, MS supports, making breaking of cutouts for ducts, Indoor unit Supports,

MS channel / angle for frame structure for installations of all equipments, parts, etc. and further.

NOTE: HVAC Contractor should include without any extra cost to Client, any repairs required in civil works

caused on finished surfaces/floors due to HVAC activity. HVAC Contractor shall follow Client's instructions

like POP covering of finished floor, etc.

9.1.1 Civil HVAC Cutout Finishing works with materials as required to Site incharge satsfaction 1 Lot

9.1.2 Wall Jari works for Drain Piping 75 RMT

10.0 Painting work for Equipments / Exposed Ducting & similar items including Taging of equipments under the 1 M2

scope of this tender with color shades as per code specified. All exposed metallic surfaces shall be painted

with corrossion proof paint; work shall include Tagging of all Equipment with area codes / air flow

directions etc as required by site incharge

11.0 Cost of Additional DLP for 1 Year 1 Year

Lot items shall not be measurable and shall be treated as single lot only

12.0 SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

12.1 Bidder shall indicate their charges for the following: Comprehensive preventive maintenance contract for the

Ventilation System supplied inclusive of all parts, consumables and labour for all equipment supplied as

well as replacement of any equipment/component/part which cannot be repaired to the satisfaction of the

Client. This contract will commence after completion of Defects liability period of 1 year of successful

handing over of the system This rate shall be valid for 5 years from the date of successful Handing over of

HVAC system (2 Year Cost of maintenance shall be inclusive in the DLP and no extra payment will be paid

for the maintenance for TWO years after handing over)

12.1.1 Maintenance for 1st Year after 2 yr DLP 1 Year
