Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exe 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exe 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S&F angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e. cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Acrylic PVC sheeting 2-3 mm thick fixed with screw and washer in gate/ fencing, roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, including removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on other fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, bed plates and chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipe 4 kgf/cm2 single socketed in any length with rubber ring, fixed on wall/floor/trenches including Tee, bend, socket and packing in cement mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exe 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

S&F 100 mm size heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, butt hinges and fixed with welded to iron angle gate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long Mild steel sliding door bolts 204 grade, hasp and staple type with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including nuts, bolt plate, staple plate fixed to iron gate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including cantilever brackets of suitable angle iron, CP brass waste coupling, superior quality PVC waste pipe and connecting union to pipe overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore pipe medium grade galvanised iron with all fittings fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore Bib taps long body cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
