S&F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint completed all as specified and directed..

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall or roof, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick plain, multicavity poly carbonate sheet (Coloured) in roof covering, fixed with and including aluminium fillets at joints and aluminium angles at the end, fixed with self drilled screws and standard fittings, fixtures and accessories including taking down old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc, and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debries to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) (Avg 50 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer mineral finished modified membrane reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound.

Roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 but n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning repairing, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 3 Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 as second layer including mixing of liquid water proofing compound and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including cement base wall care Putty on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 15 to 25 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm or as required at site. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified directed.

S&F PVC insulation panels 10mm thick, with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC ceiling board in wall and ceiling (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for PCC in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth / broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) submain wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for socket point or power point complete with all fittings such as swiches sockets pendants etc complete and making good distubed surface of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surface with distemper white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complte all as specified and directed
