Second class brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level to floor all level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement is to Six Sand), as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfactions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/ depths heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any heights and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings shelves and the like floor etcetera upto any thickness upto all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and laying Tor steel of TATA/ SAIL/Jindal Fe-500D reinforcement for Reinforced cement concrete work including cutting, straighting, bending, binding and placing in position, including cost of binding wire complete for all floor level, as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) grade M-20 (M-Twenty ) design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 with cement content not less than 320 kg (three hundred twenty kilogram) per cum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and the cost of reinforcemen work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in all depths/thickness upto all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Double charged vetrified tiles of Nitco / Kajaria / AGL /Johnson / Simpolo Orient -Bell / Somany 600x 600mm x 10mm (six hundred millimetre into six hundred millimetre into ten millimetre) in grey/coloured or of approved shade and design in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other. incidentals. as per approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying ceramic glazed tiles 8mm (eight millimetres) thick of IS quality 30x45cm (Thirty into Forty Five centimetres) of Orient/Bell/Rak/Kajaria of approved shade in skirting and dado upto all heights on 12mm (Twelve millimetres) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) and jointed with cement slurry including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M,S. BP (Back plain) sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point six six milimetres to two milimetres) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately), including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Distempering (two or more coats) with acrylic oli bound washable distemper with Dulux/Apex/Asian paint brand and manufactire and required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on over new wood and wood based surfaces with Nerolac/ Asian paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters including carriage of material wthin all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)Raised and cut pointing as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfactions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
