| 1.00EARTH WORK Note:- Maesurement of Excavation will be taken upto outer edge of PCC done under the foundation. Excavation done for protection measures & faciliating the excavation process will not be calculated in this account. Cost is inclusive of disposing off all addtional earth/debris from site. During the excavation if required Contractor has to arrange & run Dewatering Bore to maintain site water table below 2 mtr from deepest foundation level including casing, perforated pipes, soil filter, Submersible pumps, connecting wire, including all tools and tackles, connecting the discharge pipe to nearest drain from site premises. WATERPROOFING All waterproofing work shall be executed only through approved agencies & a ten year guarantee is to be submitted to the Owner on approved proforma.
BASEMENT WATER PROOFING Below Raft / Footings / Grade Slab with mechanicaly thermofused fully bonded HDPE membrane: Below Raft / Footings / Grade Slab with fully bonded HDPE membrane: Supplying and installing Supplying and laying composite 1.5mm thick, pre-applied, fully bonded HDPE membrane with double side adhesive which results in adhesive-to-adhesive bond - of HDPE membrane over P.C.C. conforming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. keeping overlap of 75 mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape and sealed tape etc. The membrane shall be continued over the vertical surface upto top of the Raft and fixed to shutter using double side adhesive tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength > 25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412 Modified, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412 Modified, Puncture resistance > 1000 N as per ASTM E 154, Hydrostatic head resistance > 70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385,Low Temperature Flexibility: -25⁰ C, Lap Peel Adhesion-880 N/m as per ASTM D1876, Peel Adhesion to Concrete > 1500 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. Client Scope: The properly levelled , smooth and even PCC /substrate shall be properly cleaned and handed over by the main civil contractor for the waterproofing installation including removal of all the dust, dirt, oil, grease, debris , cement laitance, loose particle & prepare the P.C.C. Substrate for laying of waterproofing system, removal of sharp objects along with continuous efficient dewatering / ground water diversion arrangement for enabling proper installation of the waterproofing system including all QA/QC inspection , all as per specialised waterproofing agency / manufacturers recommendations etc complete . The main civil contractor shall also ensure the placement of the structural concrete element over the membrane with due precautions to prevent unnecessary damages to the membrane, within typically 45 days of the membrane installation.
Providing and laying of min 1.5 mm thick SBS modified self-adhesive waterproofing membrane topped with impervious, non-perforated HDPE valeron film, for use in retaining walls, confirming to the requirements of ASTM D5147 for thickness with a puncture resistance of >200 N as per ASTM E154. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:Tensile strength in (L/T) as min 4 N /mm2 (as per ASTM D882), Tear resistance as min 150 N/mm (as per ASTM D 4073), Peel Strength to concrete as min 2.2 N/mm as per ASTM C 794 Elongation (L/T)% - L -250-300,T- 250-350 (as per ASTM D 882), Softening point of membrane not less than 105°C (as per IS 1205/1978), Cold flexibility shall be upto -10°C when tested in accordance with ASTM D 5147 Crack bridging ability - min 1.5mm as per ASTM C 836. The application include cleaning the surface, priming the surface with cold applied bituminous primer, laying the membrane, rolling, properly sealing the joints & maintaining 75 mm overlap between the membrane selvedge & min 75 mm overlap on the end joints of the membrane over the slab etc.. complete. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane with 10 years guarantee for waterproofing performance to be given by the principal manufacturer/main supplier for both supply and application. The turnkey specialist waterproofing sub contractor shall be an ISO 9001 certified and CIDC accredited company having a successful track record in executing waterproofing works for a minimum of 10 years.
Providing & Fixing of protection board 8MM – HDPE Dimple board spot bonded on retaining wall before backfilling.
Termination of Membrane at 300mm above G.L. The waterproofing membrane shall be terminated on the vertical surface. The membrane shall be terminated either by creating a "U" shaped groove of approx. 10 mm x 10 mm size within the RCC retaining wall, tucking the membrane within the groove, followed by sealing the groove with polyurethane sealant/ epoxy mortar or alternatively the membrane shall be terminated by fixing a metal termination bar on the vertical surface, with butyl sealant between the metal plate and wall surface and sealed on top with P.U. sealant etc. complete.
Providing & fixing water swellable bar at Starter & Construction Joints of raft slab, retaining walls and water retaining structures : Providing and applying water swellable bar at starter & all construction joints, of c/s size of minimum 20mm X 5mm, Hydroswell HDP / Be-sealed Polybar, it shall have resistance to detoriation from salt water, volumetric expansion > 200%, Elongation > 400%, Shore A Hardness > 35, Tensile strength > 2 Mpa, Temperature resistance : (-) 20 to +75 deg C, Water head resistance > 50 m. It shall be fixed to the concrete using a gun grade hydrophilic fevicol adhesive / or mechanically fixed by binding wire with steel reinforcement, as recommended by manufacturer. Later post construction, groove cutting of the construction joints 25mm X 25mm size internally / externally, cleaning with compressed air and thereafter filling with Hydroblok 300 Polymer modified cementitious mortar, all as per manufacturers recommendations, etc, complete.
WATERPROOFING FOR PODIUM /BASEMENT SLAB IN OPEN AREA Cleaning and preparation of surface with the help of wire brush or grinder. Wash the roof with clean water. Remove all loose concrete, grease, oil using wire brush, and scrubber. All visible horizontally and vertical cracks in concrete more than 0.50 mm width should be cut and open up to 6 – 10 mm in U shape and fill with PU Sealant with suitable primer. Sealing the pipe inserts, annular space, bore pack around G.I. / PVC pipes etc. in the floor & walls with 1.5 mm thick two-sided non-reinforced polymerized bituminous self- adhesive Bathseal Tape to seal the joint between pipes/inserts and the core cuts. Grouting the gaps with non- shrink grout Pidigrout 10M / Micro concrete. The concrete should be completely cured (concrete curing takes typically 28 days) and surface moisture content should not be more than 8%. Provide and apply 2 coats of Flexi PU 270 (i), a single component PU based cold applied seamless waterproofing membrane over the above the primed surface with PU/Epoxy primer Layer, coverage at the rate 2.3 - 2.5 kg/m2 in 2-3 coats to achieve DFT of 1.5 mm. The PU membrane shall be terminated 300mm above FFL, self-curing for 5 days, then ponding with water for 24 Hrs. to check water tightness up to 50 mm. The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength >2 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 400% as per ASTM C 1305, crack bridging up to 3.2 mm, Shore A Hardness > 68 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to concrete > 2Mpa as per ASTM D 903, Water vapor permeability > 14gm/m2/day as per ISO 9932:91, Puncture Resistance > 300 N as per, ASTM E154-2013 Water Head Resistance 50M as per DIN 1048.
Providing & laying 200 gsm geotextile layer over the Pu coating. Cost is inclusive all wastage and necessary overlapping.
Providing & laying protective concrete screed of average 75 mm using M25 grade concrete with minimum thickness of 40 mm at the rain water outlet and a slope of 1:120, making wattas at the junctions of horizontal and vertical surfaces to a float finish, well compacted, curing for 7 days etc. complete.
KITCHEN AND TOILET WATER PROOFING Providing and applying a two component polymer based cementitious waterproofing system using in following sequence; Cleaning the internal surface areas thoroughly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose materials by various mechanical means. Removal of all surface Imperfections, protrusions ,loose concrete & filling of cracks using Polymer Modified Mortar in the ratio Cement: Sand (1:4) and 5% by weight of cement. Providing and making fillets at the junction of the walls and the slabs using cement mortar of 1:4 mix admixed with 5 % of SBR latex by weight of cement. Applying two coats of 2 component acrylic cementitious coating with elongation > 80%,@ 0.6-0.7 sq mtr per kg in two coats all over the sunken slab including over angular fillet, vertically right up to minimum 300 mm over finished floor level , achieving a uniform thickness of 1.0mm.10 years guarantee for waterproofing performance to be given by the principal manufacturer/main supplier for both supply and application.The turnkey specialist waterproofing sub contractor shall be an ISO 9001 certified and company having a successful track record in executing waterproofing works for a minimum of 10 years . Laying protection plaster 15mm, 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound as per IS 2645 @200 ml per bag of cement.
Sealing of Pipe cut outs Supplying & sealing the Sanitary pipe inserts, provided in the floor & walls with double sided bituminuos tape and supplying & grouting the gaps around the pipe inserts with non shrink free flow grout. The turnkey specialist waterproofing sub contractor shall be an ISO 9001 certified and company having a successful track record in executing waterproofing works for a minimum of 10 years .
UNDER GROUND TANK WATER PROOFING Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparation of surface with the help of wire brush or grinder. Wash the roof with clean water. Treating of constriction joints: Grouting the porous slab area with non-shrink by Drilling holes and injecting cement slurry admix with shrink compensating plasticizing compound Pidicrete AM @ 225 gms/50kg bag of cement through the nozzles under mechanical pressure grouting pump, Fixing nozzles of 12mm dia with @ 500 mm c/c at an inclined angle over the surface of RCC/ beam/ etc. and along the construction joint line or where honeycombing is present in concrete structures or cracks are dormant/ as per the requirement. Providing and applying angle fillet of 50 mm X 50mm on the right angles of wall junction floor junctions and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar admixed with Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3 etc., complete.
Waterproof Coating: Providing and applying 2 coats of acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating Fastflex having elongation at break 120%; 5 Bar resistance to positive water pressure, Adhesive Strength ASTM D 7234- 1 N/mm2, Water Vapor Transmission as per ASTM E96 of 0.7 Perms and Crack bridging ability as per EN 1062-7 up to 2mm. Apply two coats of Fastflex slurry @ 3 Kg per sqm. prepare the mix by adding pre packed powed content to liquid component in the mix ratio (1 part polymer & 1.4 part powder). Provide and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Then, apply the second coat at a direction perpendicular to first coat. Extend coating over the masonry walls up to the complete height of tank & sprinkle the quartz sand / fine sand over the second and final coat when it is still wet on the vertical wall surface for creating a firm key for plastering to ensure complete waterproofing. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test fir 24 Hrs. Providing and making fillets at the junction of the walls and the slabs using cement mortar of 1:4 mix admixed with 5 % of SBR latex by weight of cement. Applying 3 coats of 2 component, pre-packed, polymer modified cementitious coating of tensile strength of 5.0 N/Sq.mm as per ASTM D 412,elongation of 120% as per ASTM D 412 ,crack bridging of 2mm as per ASTM C836, applied @ 3kg/sq.mtr all over the slab including the angular fillets and extendable over the vertical walls .Finally sprinkling sand over the third coat for better adhesion with plaster. Panel is manufactured from high density glass wool utilizing. Tiles classified under absorption class A with "alpha w " value of 0.9 at minimum 40mm O.D.S. Lacquered glass Providing & Fixing of 6mm thick lacquered toughened glass of approved shade and colour, fixed with compatible alkoxy neutral core silicon over levelled surface in design and pattern as per drawings fixed over available strata. Providing and fixing precoated galvalume profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. Providing and fixing of Hollow metal Insulated fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1, for stability, integrity & insulation. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall be tested to IS 3614 part 2 / ISO 834-1 Part 1 / BS476 Part 20 & 22, CBRI / Cerifire or third party certified or equivavelent lab, for maximum rating of 120mins with 30minutes of insulation, in latched /unlatched condition (if used with deadbolts and pull handles). Labled doors with certification shall be with vision glass as a part of complete assembly. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied shall be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer or equivalent. Door frame shall be single rebate grooved profile of size 125 x 60mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with fire rated EPDM gasket as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with fire rated puff. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, insulated with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be high density insulation material. Intumescent seals 15x2mm to be provided all around the door in addition to the grooved smoke seal. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of relavant rating of the door. All doors and frames shall be finished Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test. Rate shall include supply and installation of door and hardware as a complete assembly as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. Providing & fixing Toilet Cubicle of following standard dimension which includes 600mm door size width made of heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch and impact resistant 12mm thick solid compact laminate panels including doors, pilasters & intermediate panels finished with approved texture/shade as per the detail drawings & as per IS 2046 (Indian Standard) and as per fire retardant BS-476/97 standard. The product should have Green Guard Certificate. This also includes providing and fixing in position necessary hardware made out of Stainless steel (Grade 304) as per manufacturer’s specifications & Eingineer in charge's instructions like (1) Door Knob, (2) Gravity Hinges, (3) Thumb turn lockset with Occupancy indicators, (4) Coat hooks with Door stopper (5) U- Channels, (6) Adjustable foot/pedestal, (7) Top rail with Corner conntector (8) Rubber noise deafening tape, (9) Screws & wall Plugs. The top fitting should consist of SS round top rail which will get fixed with pilasters, with SS panel tube holder, SS corner bend (connected with top rail) will be used on the corner of cubicle in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which will hold the ss top rail. All screws will of 304 Grade in stainless steel with satin finish.All pilasters are supported by stainless steel Bottom Cladding. EXTERNAL FAÇADE WORK
Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.
Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position semi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building for all heights and all levels, including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for the specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the system must passed the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure), including functional design of the aluminum sections for fixing glazing panels of various thicknesses, aluminium cleats, sleeves and splice plates etc. gaskets, screws, toggles, nuts, bolts, clamps etc., structural and weather silicone sealants, flashings, fire stop (barrier)-cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gaskets for water tightness, pressure equalization & drainage and protection against fire hazard including: (b) Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanized / Aluminium alloy of 6005 T5 brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etc. to accommodate 3 Dimensional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC/ masonry/structural steel framework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts, nylon separator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. of stainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers. (c) Providing and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment, including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass. (d) Providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet 1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as per the site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structure and all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight.
(e) Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this subhead. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.
Note:-2. The following performance test are to be conducted on structural glazing system if area of structural glazing exceeds 2500 Sqm from the certified laboratories accredited by NABL(National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories), Department of Science & Technologies, India. Cost of testing is payable separately. The NIT approving authority will decide the necessity of testing on the basis of cost of the work, cost of the test and importance of the work. Performance Testing of Structural glazing system Tests to be conducted in the NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO / IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/ IEC 17025. 1. Performance Laboratory Test for Air Leakage Test (-50pa to - 300pa) & (+50pa to +300pa) as per ASTM E-283-04 testing method for a range of testing limit 1 to 200 mVhr. 2. Static Water Penetration Test. (50pa to 1500p) as per ASTME- 331-09 testing method for a range up to 2000 ml. 3. Dynamic Water Penetration (50pa to 1500pa) as per AAMA 501.01- 05 testing method for a range upto 2000 ml 4. Structural Performance Deflection and deformation by static air pressure test (1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure) as per ASTME-330-10 testing method for a range upto 50 mm 5. Seismic Movement Test (upto 30 mm) as per AAMA 501.4- 09 testing method for Qualitative test, Tests to be conducted on site. 6. Onsite Test for Water Leakage for a pressure range 50 kpa to 240 kpa (35psi) upto 2000 ml
Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthened clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.11.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.
Extra for openable side / top hung vision glass panels (IGUs) including providing and supplying at site all accessories and hardware's for the openable panels as specified and of the approved make such as heavy duty stainless steel friction hinges, min 4 -point cremone locking sets with stainless steel plates, handles, buffers etc. including necessary stainless steel screws/ fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fabricating and supplying shadow box of required size and shape, for fixing in the spandrel portion of the structural glazing, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building by providing semi -rigid, inorganic, non-combustible fibre glass wool insulation 50 mm thick, conforming to IS: 8183 and BS: 3958 Part 5. The insulation layer shall have facing (factory bonded on surface # 1 of the fibre glass insulation layer), of black non-woven fibre glass tissue of nominal thickness 0.5 mm and nominal mass not less than 60 gm /sqm, made of randomly oriented glass fibres distributed in a binder by a wet-lay process including fixing 1.5 mm thick solid aluminum sheet backing using, 6 mm thick cement board including SS rivets, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete.
Providing and supplying Spandrel Glass Panels comprising of 6 mm thick heat strengthened monolithic float glass of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade so as to match the colour and shade of the IGUs in the vision panels etc. ,all complete for the required performances as specified, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified, and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (but excluding the area of grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (Payment for fixing of Spandrel Glass Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of relevent Item*).“(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 K etc. . Granite Cladding:- Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick Leather finshed granite stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately).
STONE WORK DRY CLADDING Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineerin charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).
Providing and fixing adjustable stainless steel cramps of approved quality, required shape and size, adjustable with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washer (total weight not less than 260 gms), for dry stone cladding fixed on frame work at suitable location, including making necessary recesses in stone slab, drilling required holes etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
GRC Jali:- Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Screens casted with concrete design in approved size, pattern, thickness of 50mm on the outer Border & 25-30mm for Internal member and shade. The Screens should be made from ‘53 grade’ White Portland Cement, White Quartz fine graded sieved Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre, Super Plasticizers , Polymers and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments. The Screens casting shall take place with layering methodology using- Direct Power Spray machines. The GRC Screens flexural strength average L.O.P should be above or equivalent to 6 N/mm2 & M.O.R should be above or equivalent to 15 N/mm2 for tests done on 28 days cured samples. The fixing of Screens should be done using ‘Dry fixing’ method onto structural support members i.e. R.C.C, Brick work, MS Framework. SS / MS Galvanized CLAMPS & PINS also if required fasteners to be used. Vendor shall submit shop drawings of same, the drawings to be duly approved from Engineer in charge at site.
Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood Chajja as per specified running length in mtrs., in various shapes as per the approved design having 750mm projection outside with 300mm width, cladded with 25thk planks. For cladding purpose Epitome Bamboowood planks of size 125mm-135mm in Width, 1200-1900mm in Lenght, and 22-25mm in thickness is to be used by shaping to the desired dimension in approved color, texture and finish, having a Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC) & included in GRIHA Product catalogue under category - GRIHA V.3 criterion:17; GRIHA V.2015 criterion:21 & SVAGRIHA criterion:12 as per approved design by Head Architect / Engineer. Stainless steel Hardware confirming IS-304 is to be used for fastening planks to the structure. Epitome Bamboowood is to be treated for anti-termite properties and a top layer of UV repellent aqua coating having oil content to protect it from aging with stain matching to teak wood. The bamboo wood material shall have a minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & a minimum Hardness of 1000 Kgf. with Epoxy solvent-based Polyurethane coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. The Joints forming above Chajja are to be sealed with Outdoor quality Silicon with good quality workmanship.
ROAD WORK
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and fixing vertical type skid mounted of required diameter. The shell shall be fabricated from M.S. plates conforming to IS: 2041 suitable to withstand design pressure. The minimum thickness of shell shall be 6 mm & dished shall be 8 mm thick which shall include corrosion allowance and mill allowance respectively.
