Taking down carefully ceiling fan/Exhaust fan from site of any make, size, capacity for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts(to be measured & paid sepereatly in respective items) or deposite in MES yar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling complete ceiling fan, examine complete parts thoroughly, oiling, greasing on all parts and complete overhauling of fan including replacement of small parts such as split pin, nuts, bolts, screws and reassembling complete fan and make fully functional, re-fixing the fan in position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate deemed to be included of over hauling, rehanging & testing complete. (ii) Fan bearing, bush, capacitors, fan blade and down rod if essential to be changed and shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of size upto 300 mm motor of any type, any size and make with approved superior quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original gauge and size including varnishing heating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of size 325 mm to 450 mm motor of any type, any size,and make with approved superior quality of super enamelled copper wire as per original gauge and size including varnishing heating etc complete all as specified and directed.
